Casa Fantini - Lake Time

The breakfast was delicious. The fresh bakery goods were divine. We had a late, 10:30 am breakfast before checking out at 11:30. We felt relaxed, rejuvenated and ready for the long drive home. Grazie mille!

Everything was absolutely perfect. We will return again next year to this incredible hotel.

We enjoyed every detail of our stay at the hotel. The design of the room was absolutely stunning, and we felt cared for every single moment.My partner celebrated his birthday during our visit, and he was so touched when the team surprised him with a small birthday cake and a candle while we were enjoying breakfast in the unique garden.The private spa in the room was a true gem that we thoroughly enjoyed. The only thing we didn’t like was how short our time was in this wonderful place.

Beautiful decor and service

Difficult to find as it’s in a pedestrian area and poorly sign posted. Over priced considering it has few facilities

A very small issue - wardrobe wasn’t long enough for ladies dresses.

Suite on second floor was fantastic. Did not miss anything.The hotel staff -all- was excellent And Lago D’Orta is beautiful and still quiet

Nothing to not like

We had an incredible stay. Casa fantini is a home away from home. The staff were so helpful especially Simona and Nunzio on the front desk The views from the room are sublime. The hotel is so tastefully decorated. The breakfast is amazing

Dinner in the hotel restaurant could have been better.

The modern style and design in a highly contemporary setting were fantastic and rare to find in Italy where historical buildings dominate. The Fantini are world class tap manufacturers and they can do hotels too. Final word on their breakfast spread was without doubt the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. No buffet, the buffet is your own table.

Exceptional. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they made you feel very welcome. The breakfast served in the garden was gorgeous. I cannot fault anything about this beautiful hotel with it's beautiful surroundings and wonderful staff.

There was nothing we didn't like. It was perfect.

There are many wonderful boutique hotels with great accommodations and exceptional views, but what sets Casa Fantini apart is their front of house staff. From the moment you arrive, they create such a genuine sense of welcome and such excellent and unobtrusive service. By example, they become the standard for all the hotel's support staff. Truly, one of our best experiences in our many decades of travel.

A gym would have been good

Excellent location on the lake shore, 50 yards to the boat terminal. Modern and contempory decor, very clean and very comfortable spacious rooms. Brilliant breakfasts - nothing better than eating outside in glorious Italian sunshine. Excellent staff helping with all our needs, including recommending and booking superb local restaurants to dine in the evenings.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location. Peaceful and private yet right by the waters edge. Staff exceptional aa was breakfast and all food and drink.

Pretty much everything was perfect. We enjoy d our stay immensely.

For a property of otherwise such excellent standards we were missing a) towel racks in the bathroom (hence towels would not dry during the day - except on the terrace, which esthetically is probably not desirable) and b) possibilities to store a suitcase (for example a bench), for example in the larger than average bathroom.

We really enjoyed the steam shower in the bathroom and the luxe toiletries. The pool doesn’t have a lake view, but is quiet and pretty. The breakfast is exceptional.

Casa Fantini is sublime, an oasis, each aspect is considered and exquisite it it’s delivery. The room was beautiful and elegant with modern touches that enhance the experience. The restaurant which I booked as the last minute was perhaps the most delicious and amazing food I’ve tasted. The breakfast was abundant and presented with sophistication. Overall this hotel was incredible an amazing location and such lovely and friendly staff that enhance the experience.

The parking was a bit far away from the hotel. All the rest perfect!

Beautiful location. Staff could not have been more helpful and professional whilst maintaining a friendly informal approach. We were able to leave the car and take boat trips across the lake instead.

beautiful location, near the lake, in peaceful Pella. Majority of the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to us. Breakfast was good, but lacked a bit of variety. our room on the second floor had stunning views over the lake towards Orta San Giulio. Overall a great place to stay.

A modern hotel, well located, with well-trained and friendly staff. Few rooms, is an inspiring design. This hotel is not for everyone it is for design enthusiasts and beautiful things. The hotel is inspired by the work of famous architects and artists. It has a minimalist design and a unique atmosphere. The hotel is located in the center of the city and is close to many attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a unique experience. Thank you for your hospitality!

We were disappointed with the restaurant. It did not live up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. We had chosen the chef's suggestions, and we regretted it. The restaurant is a bit expensive for what it is. We would have liked to see more variety on the menu, and the food was not as good as we had hoped. However, the service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. We would recommend the hotel to others, but we would advise them to eat elsewhere.
