Lovely, friendly staff. Excellent food, great location.

As several guests previously mentioned, lots of sugar for breakfast :) And a strange noise every now and then from outside. But overall, an excellent choice. The hosts, the location, the fresh air, parking for ten coaches.(Some problems with the navigation apps that took me to the wrong place - not the hosts' fault, of course.)Score 100 for breakfast overlooking Lake Orta. We are seriously considering coming back.

This hotel deserves three stars. Nice room with view at the park. Breakfast with view on the lake. Free parking place. Nice and very clean room. Big garden (for parties). Friendly staff. We received a lot of information of the region and where to have diner in the small towns. Lago d'Orta is beatifull (with a big market on thursday in Omegna).

How is it possible that this hotel has two and not three stars. The restaurant of the hotel was not open in september, but in Pella are 3 very good restaurants. We tried them and were very good in price/quality.

Excellent location for starting in the nearby hills. The lake is just a 10-minute walk away. The way back is up the hill. But it's a way to go with young children. It's a little harder for older people who find it harder to walk. It's a good beach with a bar. It's air conditioning. Large parking and park behind the house.

wifi was not so ok during our stay. Let's go back to the year of 80 when the family was still talking :) The beds are too soft for us. We sleep on very hard mattresses.

Breakfast was very good, staff very nice and helpful.Beautiful location, surroundings and terrace. Air conditioned rooms, new furnished bathroom. Great parking.

Mosquito nets are very much needed, since there are really lots of mosquitos, as expected considering the lake and woods. We could not open any window, especially during the night because of that, so had to use too much AC, because od the heat.The room is moderately small, but no problem.The only ceiling light was old and flickering, should be replaced. The room could use a little refreshment regarding the interior design, but it does not present a problem.

it was sufficient and rich in variety but only sweet one....

i did not expect that the structure is more meant for weddings and celebrations so much of the structure you could not use freely
