Staff is wonderful, they prepared the dinner even if the kitchen was closed and the food was excellent.Breakfast is great as well.And the bikes were "inside" whiwh is perfect

The air conditioning was not working and the temperature was very hot, so the sleep was not so good

Really excellent dinners accompanied by very good wines. Marco’s wine advice was exceptional and wines were very good value. Breakfast although not a buffet was also good. Staff were attentive and very friendly. All in all a first rate hotel.

The staff, breakfast, parking, and walkability to Old Saluzzo were all amazing. This is a great property and it not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Marco and his staff did everything to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was quite enjoyable. And being able to walk to Old Saluzzo was great.

It's a beautiful building and the location on the hill is just perfect. You can walk to the centre of Saluzzo. Breakfast, even if it is not a buffet, was great

Location was perfect only 10 min walk to the historical centre. Plenty of parking. Host/hotel owners were very friendly and welcoming and helpful. Comfortable good sized rooms and excellent breakfast and evening meal. Also good value. Would definitely recommend.

it has it in the title. charm, and loads of it. it’s also dog friendly plus secure parking, a great restaurant with a view and most rooms have either a garden or balcony

Stayed here for a one night with my daughter and partner. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, very accomodating of my daughter. Food was delicious and room was comfortable. We would love to return!

Spacious room, friendly staff and beautiful building. At night it is nice and quiet and the staff goes above and beyond service-wise.

It is clearly advertised but we thought there was a swimming pool. Our fault because we misread but that was the only let down.

We have only praise. The staff were lovely, the atmosphere was surprising, the managers were attentive and offered places to go, eat and advise on any subject. Breakfast was surprisingly generous. the hotel is in pastoral location. Sure on our next visit to Italy, we will visit the hotel

Saluzzo is a fantastic old city - but kept secret by the green michelin guide (?). The higher you go the more you will be impressed. Extremely friendly hotelservice and a good restaurant.

The water you see on the foto of the hotel is a pool for decoration - on the facilities list there is no mention of a swimming pool - so this is correct ... i was only dreaming ...

Nice house and gardens just at the foot of the hills, overlooking the fruit orchards typical of the area, with a superb restaurant.

The room was hot with little ventilation, the mattress hard and pillows wafer thin, and the bathroom could do with some upgrading.

Staff attentive and serviceminded. A small mistake at check-in was immidiately corrected by the owner. Fantastic restaurant - do not cheat yourself for a treat here. We will be back.

The hotel restaurant was not open for dinner but we received a good recommendation for a restaurant in town. We expected from the photos that there is a swimming pool, but it was more like a decoration due to its small size and depth.
