Very nice and accomodating staff. Restaurant exceeded our expectations and again staff at the restaurant was exceptional as well. They have pickleball courts outside but several Padel inside. Gym was very decent for a hotel and Spa looked really nice. Did not use though. And have rental bikes available. Would have been nice to have covered pickleball courts or at least one inside. FYI. The suite in the tower is 5 flights up with no elevator and once inside the suite the bathroom is 2 flights down from the bedroom itself. They were SUPER about moving us once we were there and decided it would not work for us. Very close to Biella. Pretty town and the Sanctuary of Oropa is a must see!!

Breakfast: Employees, although they were very friendly were overwhelmed by many guests on Saturday morning: - no empty tables, - not enough food aroundRoom didn't meet our expectation, definitley needs refurbishment, shower door was defect so the bathroom was always flooded when showering. Room was very cold which is understandable with the whether conditions but there were no possibilities to heat it up

The place offers a lovely tranquility, and the staff is incredibly service-minded. All facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spacious. And the breakfast, as well as the fitness facilities, are fantastic.

We have no points of dissatisfaction with the place.

Very nice, clean hotel. Great beds and airco! They have electrical chargers at the hotel. Friendly staff and a very nice and relaxing end of our holiday.

In the weekend it was very busy in the restaurant, with a full terrace and a party. They were understaffed and it took a very long time. Other then that everything was perfect.

The breakfast was good & the dinner. Staff were friendly & professional

Room description poor, we selected a type of room an md found out the same day it wasn’t the type of description we chose, they disnt offer any alternative so we had to get the wrong The discount to use the SPA on the website says 25% but when you arrive you find out it’s only the 10% I think the location is good but communication can be much improved and be more coerence

Nice bar area outside for the apéro. They have gluten free beer

The mattresses were rock hard and uncomfortable. No moskito nets anywhere in the hotel The shower ran hot and cold no stop, very uncomfortable.

This was a MOST comfortable stay ! The staff were SO helpful - found something I had lost and let me know immediately :) The breakfast was absolutely SUPERB - a GREAT place to stay if watching golf at Le Betulle. They remembered who we were and why we were there. Asked about our kid's progress. Next time I will try the spa which looked wonderful as well.

Absolutely friendly staff, very clean rooms, comfortable ambiance

Very friendly staff, really professional and make your staying so comfortable. Good SPA zone: we took 2 hours package during which you can enjoy Sauna, Hammam and jacuzzi. Tennis, Paddle courts which you can rent. Also different types of massages you can choose from. Small swimming pool, nice gym. The restaurant was quite good, I didn’t get where all bad reviews came from, they are slow in service, yes, but I think it’s because of the lack of the personnel.

Amazing staff, really friendly and service-minded, great breakfast, spa, training facilities and a bonus you could rent bikes at the hotel, despite road bikes not being available and few sizes.

Restaurant service for lunch and dinner was very slow and unorganized, but the food tasted good.

Pefect swimming pool and fitness area and organization.Perfect brakfast.Very nice location also for longer staying : a kind of pleasure island in that town area.

The bathroom shower had very low flow and the screen had only one panel, making it difficult to shower.

An extremely unsatisfactory stay

Throughout the night, almost once every minute, there was a loud clunking noise (mechanical/electronic or hydraulic?) that provided for a very sleepless night (room 120). It sounded like a defective elevator door that wouldn't shut properly and repeatedly tried. I could not locate the noise specifically. Perhaps it was in the basement, maybe machinery?

the Air conditioning did not work , the shower screen was broken so the shower went all over the floor . the lady on reception could not care less .

This is a sort of Olive Oil factory turned into a spa relais and bike rental place. The pool is just lovely and so is the outdoor areas. The place has a small indoor gym, a lovely spa which has a maximum occupancy of six. Bedroom was relatively are big and so was the bath. The interior has a very tasteful choice of modern furniture mixed with old looks. Break fast was very varied and very fresh. Parking was ample and the restaurant was decently priced with good food. The place is ideal for the spa stay with an added view as a bonus.

The mosquitos but that is not really a complaint as the place is in the green and it is expected.
