Hotel is beautiful and peaceful, staff is very nice, breakfast is excellent.

The room and bathroom were excellent, featuring a beautifully restored exterior and ultra-chic interiors. The crockery used at the breakfast table was of the highest quality. ? The breakfast spread was outstanding, with only the best food served. ??

The room was quite musty, mouldy smell, probably because of the old air conditioning

Had an amazing stay in a stylish duplex studio! The room was beautifully designed with high-quality materials, and the bathroom was luxurious with top-notch fixtures and great sample hygiene products. The host gave excellent tips for hiking and exploring Biella, which made our trip even better. The breakfast was huge and had a great variety. No complaints at all — highly recommend!

I liked that it was quite

It was an interesting room with the bath downstairs in the lounge, nice bath though. Downstairs is also a separate bathroom with a loo, bidet and shower, the problem is that the walls are glass so no privacy when you are on the toilet. Extractor fan didn’t work very well and hot air roses and as the bed is upstairs the smells can be unpleasant at times.

Modern rooms, space and well designed

The sleeping part of the room was on higher floor and the airconditioning was at the lower part, which made it super warm in the night. The spa part of the hotel is in another hotel 1 km away.

We had the chance to meet the owner who gave us a special visit of this brand new Hotel. The owner is very passionate in hospitality and you can feel it from the rooms to the breakfast.I highly recommend this hotel, especially because almost (or all) rooms have a private sauna.

No coffee making facilities in room and really loud frog noises from the outside pond

Many details witch the administration should or cloud work on. Such as promising wi-fi, but not delivering. With all kind of different excuses from the Staff.Sleeping on second level and the Bedroom downstairs is quite en Adventure of possible accidents.
