Hotel Erbaluce

The water in the shower was warm, the room felt clean, and there was free parking with easy access. Unfortunately, there were too many negative aspects, which means I cannot recommend this place.

Extremely uncomfortable and hard bed—I could feel the stiff springs against my body. The room was also very cold. I tried adjusting the thermostat, but nothing happened. Since the duvet was basically just a thin blanket, it resulted in a night with very little and poor sleep.It's also good to know that the road outside is very busy from early in the morning with many larger vehicles, which is quite disturbing.The "breakfast" that's included in the price is not a breakfast, only some sweets and coffee. To get a proper breakfast, you probably need to book extra, which was indeed stated in the information. However, one might be misled into thinking that what is included would be sufficient, which it is not.

Very friendly and clean. The pizza was delicious and the staff were very accommodating. It was a perfect stop over on our journey through Italy.

The size of the room was very small. The air condition didn't work and the room felt pretty warm. I opened the window and the view was beautiful but we have to close it because mosquitos came in.

Nice location, friendly staff.

Poor choices for dinner, no written menu. Probably the worst excuse for a breakfast I have ever encountered. A few croissants and that's about it! No cereal choices except for sugary Coco pops and frosties, they need to seriously think about revamping their breakfast offering it was abysmal.

The staff allowed us to arrive back to the hotel later than usual one night! I could get a great cup of coffee any time. Parking was free and convenient.

The air conditioning the first night was not working properly but improved the second night. Bathroom was very small but serviceable. Could use some refurbishing.

I've already asked for an invoice in advance in writing !Without invoice my residence is 35-40% more expensive.I asked them in writing 4-5 times polite to send me the invoice... bootles

Very friendly and accamodating staff. It was in a rural area but that is exactly what we wanted. Our room was quiet. Breakfast was good. Nice outdoor area to sit and have coffee, drinks, snacks, whatever.

Room was a little small as was the shower.

Excellent position on main road outside of the town, but within reasonable walking distance of the center. Nice restaurant
