Clean with friendly staff, however Hotel needs a makeover
Room in places were poorly decorated, holes in walls. Shower was nearly coming of wall
The room was large and comfortable in general. People at the reception were friendly and helpful.
The room was rather humid. Air conditioning was functioning but the bathroom ventilation didn't work which made the room very damp. It was not possible for us to open the windows because of the wasps, spiders, and mosquitoes outside.
Reception staff were very helpful. Room was clean. Easy to get to hotel from motorway.
Very clean Room helpful Receptionists good bfast
We use this hotel a couple of times a year en route from England to Florence as it is well-placed just off the motorway. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable and the bathrooms well-arranged and clean. The breakfast is buffet style and generous.
As previous stays, a nice room and adequate breakfast.
No staff available on our arrival, but key left at reception - could this have been better arranged in case of fraudulent use??
Perfect location for our needs. Nice and clean room
