There was no staff present at night, and we were the only guests in the building, which made us feel unsafe and isolated.The staff member who met us left immediately after handing over the key, without providing any emergency contact information or instructions on what to do in case of a fire, break-in, or other urgent situations. There were no signs or information available inside the building either.Additionally, the room was very cold, and no one explained how the heating system worked. We spent an uncomfortable night without proper warmth, and had no way to get assistance.This property is clearly not a full-service hotel and should be listed accordingly on Booking.com. I strongly recommend that Booking.com reviews and updates the information to prevent future guests from being misled.

An amazing new boutique hotel with a lovely onsite restaurant. The location and views are hard to beat. The owner and staff were kind and very responsive.
From the moment we arrived, the Welcome was warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The modern interior, the design was just exquisite. The rooms were beautiful, and had everything you needed. We couldn’t fault it and will be back again! Highly highly recommend!
I didn’t like the fact we only had one night here, we wished it was longer!
Fantastic, cozy, relaxing place with super client oriented personnel! It was a breath of fresh air and amazing stay as sleepovers on my long car trip. Would dream to come one more time for longer stay with my family to have this incredible experience again!
