Hotel Ristorante Val America

This was a very unique and fun place to stay. It had all the facilities we needed, including a wonderful restaurant in the lobby.Breakfast the next morning was better than expected, and Claudia did a great job of keeping the place organized and everything just perfect. Kudos to her.

Overall we were very satisfied with our choice of this hotel. There is free parking and it was easy to drive to the train station and park there (free parking) for taking the Bernina Express.

Breakfast wasn’t rich enough, in particular no vegetables.

Breakfast buffet was included and was very nice. The location is BEAUTIFUL with a nearby walking trail that you can take all the way into town. Convient bus stop for those who don't want to walk.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far from the 4-star standard I anticipated. The room had a serious bug problem: I found multiple bugs in the bed. These pests stung my leg and arms, and continued to sting my leg again during the night, making it impossible to rest comfortably. Given the prominent 4-star rating, I had a much higher expectation for the hotel's hygiene and overall condition. This was a truly unpleasant and shocking stay.

Super clean, the staff members were super friendly. The restaurant was amazing!!!. Breakfast was delicious. Perfect.

The location is a bit far from the city center and not easily accessible on foot, with limited public transportation options available. The breakfast selection could also be improved, as it offered only a few choices.

The staff is very kind and friendly, especially the two waiters at the restaurant, whom I congratulate and thank enormously for their patience and excellent service. Exceptional people!!!

It is something I would recommend to the hotel owners. It's related to breakfast. Maybe it should be improved and a little added more hot options for breakfast. But the existing one was also very good, only that I would add something warm. Omelet, etc.But specific!! It's just a recommendation!!! But otherwise very good!

Excellent service. Restaurant of the hotel was closed . They offered me to bring a pizza from the nearest town.

We came to visit the Bernina Express tour, the hotel was located a short 4 minute drive from Torino which was ideal. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, it has a restaurant inside which is very handy. The best part of the hotel were the staff, before coming to the hotel they had sent me a WhatsApp message to see if I needed a taxi which was very caring. There was one day we couldn’t get a taxi home from Torino and the owner actually came personally to pick us up (as it was late) and took us back to the hotel. This was really nice of them and made our stay so much better. Thank you to all of the team at the hotel and although it is unlikely we will be back to visit the Bernina Express, I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wanted to stay!Ps: the Bernina Express is beautiful!

Breakfast was overpriced for what it was. Not very complete. Let's say we had to ask for bread and got a tiny bit. Room was a bit noisy.
