- The staff was not very flexible and available. We have asked to do the check-in 15/30min later than the time reported by the facility and the answer was a no. Another thing: when calling them before 17.00 you probably will not get any answer as "they are not in the facility"....

- They charged my booking twice - it was paid already but they made me pay at check-out again, despite twice asking why. When requesting a reimbursement, they asked me as a customer what to do because the cancellation would affect also the dinner I paid. After waiting a few days of no response, I suggested them to transfer me the money back. They also blamed me to have made a mistake (and not them not being able to do proper bookkeeping and accounting). In total, if you look for low customer service, dishonesty and long waiting times, this is the place to be.

Comfortable room and very friendly staff.
The room was a quite small, but clean.
The hotel and staf are very nice and frendly.
The manager or owner is rude - there is no sign of parking, but the manager starts in not polite way asking to park in other way, even broken to my room shouting about it. Shame. Not nice tretment of booking.com customers. Be careful.
