    Pros +

    • Good facilities, excellent design
    • Beautiful location and facilities
    • The place is gorgeous, even without booking a massage it has enough type of saunas etc to cover an entire day

    Cons -

    • Reception staff was unfriendly
    • Staff were a bit standoffish, seemed very confused each time we wanted to eat in the restaurant
    • The restaurant's tapas sre to avoid. To small and simple for the price. Everything else is good

The room is very nice. What is nice is that the room was attached to a garden. It was super quiet so we were able to sleep very well. The size of the bed is very large, which made the rest at night extra comfortable. The entire decor and perfume at the venue is very nice. A perfect place to relax for a 100%.

The breakfast option is quite pricy, specially if someone is not a big consumer.

A stunning hotel, in the same franchise we didn't pay for the mini bar and here we did, in addition to entering the pool you have to pay for the spa - I don't understand why.

The building itself, the diversity of areas, the decor.

The lack of information for the different activities: access to spa wasn’t clear / access to afternoon tea/snacks/apéro wasn’t clear. The environment felt quite stiff and did not feel very welcoming / lack of personality after front desk check in. The fact that it is open to the general public means that there are limited space for hotel guests.

Spa was excellent, room spacious and clean. Good air conditioning.

This needs to be advertised as a Spa with a hotel attached. Hotel guests are treated as second class to the Spa guests

It is a beautiful building with a huge SPA. Very nice breakfast, lunch and aperitif. The surroundings are really picturesque.

The dinner offer at the hotel could be better, the window in our room was tiny.

Be cautious when booking this hotel. The rate may not include access to the facilities. My husband and I, who were on a work trip, planned to use the pool during our lunch break. However, we discovered that the initial rate shown during booking only covers room access, not the pool. This was rudely communicated to us, and since we needed a place to work, we could have chosen any hotel, not necessarily one with a pool. To use the pool, we were asked to pay an additional €120, which was unreasonable for just half an hour. Despite our frequent travels, we have never encountered a hotel that restricts facility access in this manner.

The entire hotel grounds were stunning and very well manicured. The hotel itself was historical and charming. Very good service from the staff. And, of course, the spa was one of the most incredible experiences you can ask for (we love QC terme spas).

The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable but that is my only (very minor) complaint.

Great establishment with great potential and facilities only if handled properly

    1) SPA if you like to see a waiting line to enter any sauna this is the place…2) leakages along corridors to go to rooms 3) room door could not lock got fixed after 4 calls and 3 hrs of waiting 4) no water in the morning to take shower ( the did bring 6 bottles of water but ……)5) food at the sort of (Restaurant) risotto not cooked but waited over 1 hr for it6) got refunded the night (gesture nice) but is not was I looking for 7) elevators not working 8) electricity issues….And much more…..

The spa is good, not amazing, but good and the grounds are lovely.

At the weekend they let in too many guests so it becomes very, very busy. This is also a spa first and hotel second, the hotel in isolation I think would be worthy of 3 stars only. Also for the spa, both pools are heated so when it’s hot outside there is nowhere to cool off.

    4MelanijaPosted on: 5-1-2023

    Nice rooms

    - you can’t adjust the heating, it was to hot in the room-26 deg. C-hotel is completely orientated on spa guest, almost all guests are walking in bathrobes everywhere in hotel, so I felt like I was in hospital- during a day you can’t have a drink or snack anywhere, except in the golf house, which is not a part of hotel, hotel bar is closed during the day- they don’t provide bottles of water in the rom, except one small bottle in refrigerator ( chargeable ) - spa is totally overcrowded with lots of day visitors- hotel facilities are hardly 3stars
