The views from the hotel are absolutely amazing. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast had a good variety of items and was good. The facilities were amazing. We wish we could stay longer. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing bad.

This is a marvellous family run hotel. It’s situated right on the edge of Lago d’Iseo, with wonderful lake views. The pool is fantastic! My room had a balcony and an additional sunning area. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Location / view is completely stunningCleanliness - was spotless. High spec of fixtures and fittings (except the hideous mattress and pillow’s )Only a couple of helpful staff and obv not always on shift- the rest did not speak any English and were rude. Having a private Hot tub in our room was fabulous however significant privacy issues - see below

Not hugely welcoming and most staff rude with lack of English speaking staff (excluding the cleaners - we did not meet any so cannot comment)Parking - tight and for just handful of cars at best with limited turning area which is mad considering how many rooms are serviced plus those visiting just to eat here.Not automatically allocated a parking place as a paying guest so a few times we were forced topark in a tiny lay-by up the road - not secure, no pavement to walk along. Not acceptable restaurant visitors given priority over paying guests.Food was ok. Not exceptional as expected and described unfortunately - both our steaks were burned not seared. One steak was chewy and fatty and the wedges saturated in oil and undercooked. Not great for the price of this place. You’re basically paying for the view.Privacy of room not acceptable with soft semi-sheer windbreak type panels to separate from public spa area that are 5.5ft so most can see over!Couple of Privacy issue with the private hot tub balcony that costs a lot more per night… 1. The top dining balcony so anyone dining can walk round and stand to look directly over the balcony with private hot tub - they have attempted to add a blind to extend and help but doesn’t particularly help. 2. There are several 5.6ft thin canvas screens next to each other that divide the so-called private room with hot tub with the public spa area and public tub tub - literally next to each other with people coming in and out all day and evening - so lots of noise, lots of people looking over the top at our space and visually can see through in the sunshine - should be fully walled off here to be putting that kind of price for a “private” space.Also the public hot tub has a pump that stays on ALL night with further intermittent pump boosts that woke us up several times.

The sauna could not get above 60 degress (so not a sauna) and the jacuzzi were too cold for being enjoyable in spring. The standard rooms are really small

The hotel was small and intimate. The vista was incredible and the facilities- the pool spa and hot tubs were beautifully kept and clean. Food was exceptionally good.

I loved all of it.

We had amazing 3 night stay . The hotel is ultra clean , has amazing view on lake , the pool and jacuzzi is heated even during the winter. Nice breakfast and very polite staff.

Staff very friendly! Even let us use the spa area the dat after checkout! Views are amazing, food was good! very cozy place to escape the city.

This hotel is amazing. The facilities with the outside pool and spa, the views to the mountains and the lake, plus the top services they offer make it an incredible choice for a relaxing weekend.

The view and the swimming pool area with all outdoor „spa” like facilities are truly unique. Breakfast was good and the suite we stayed in pretty spacious. Staff and owners/managers are efficient and helpful. Great base for trekking

Aptly named, you would be very hard pressed to find a better view from a hotel anywhere. Whether from our balcony, the restaurant, the terraces, the heated infinity pool, the hot tubs, the view was exceptional and spell-binding. We enjoyed the check out time of 12.00noon and the ability to use the facilities until 6.00pm. The breakfast offered a vast choice of continental options and we enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant.

We felt that there was mismatch between the provision within our room and the quality of everything elsewhere. For example not being given china cups and even a glass in the bathroom was a missed opportunity, especially given the hotel’s green credentials with recycling bins everywhere. Replacing toiletries in sachets with refillable bottles would be an excellent touch too. These are only minor quibbles and they did not cloud our the joy in finding this amazing place!

If you want a room with a lake view this is the place. The facilities at this hotel were amazing - pity we only had one night. The pool looks stunning and there are lots of areas to explore. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The owners and staff were all very nice and helpful. The restaurant serves excellent food. Breakfast is a buffet affair with lots of fresh fruit, cereals, pastries, meats and cheeses and various breads - plenty to pick from.

Parking would be an issue during tourist season.

Rooms are very small, no stowing place or even hangers in room. Mattresses were not very comfortable. Sauna is super small.

Infinity pool with spectacular views, hotel is very cozy, it's like a pearl in the middle of nowhere. Nice facilities of the spa and also the room. The restaurant for dinner was a great choice. Great food, wine, dessert. Quite pricey, but it was probably the best decision rather than searching somewhere outside

The view

First impression was adversely affected due to unfriendly, abrupt woman who appeared to be in charge. She was unnecessarily rude and is not a positive aspect of this hotel...she's most likely related to the owner/or is the owner!No fridge in room, very small bathroom with no shelving, very, very limited parking, expensive beers (twice the price of Bormeo), expensive meals that were only just okay, breakfast buffet with no covering (flies aplenty!) and food was dried out.

Location. It has the most stunning lake view I have seen ever.

Nothing. The car park is small, but there is additional car parking available in Fonteno.

Its location is superb, facilities are fantastic, restaurant and dining room views are amazing but not cheap. Really enjoyed our stay, thankyou for making us feel so welcome.

Pool and jacuzzi’s not heated. Parking is very limited but did not impact us too much. Need a few more amenities in the bathroom

Simply perfect! Perfect location , perfect breakfast and food.

The wifi was a little week, but on the other hand it stopped me working during the holiday ;)
