Breakfast was good and location was spectacular

Air conditioning wasn’t strong enough

The location was wonderful, peaceful and excellent for a break from everyday busy life. I could spend hours looking out on the lake- the view was so beautiful

The room was pretty small, but the location more than made up for it.

Generally well kept and organized. Breathtaking view on the lake. Young dynamic and friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and bar service. Refined dining experience came at a matching cost.

Vista is beautiful. The grounds were landscaped beautifully. Many places sit under an umbrella to watch the view and have an aperitivo. Wonderful pool. Breakfast is the best. Many choices. All staff were always accommodating. We have stayed many times and will continue.

Our room was very small. To get to the bathroom, we had to go up a step. Could be dangerous in the middle of the night! Because the room was so small, there was no room for a desk or shelves in the bathroom. Now this is for all hotels: we need more hooks, especially in the bathroom. However, this was the last room available, so I'm sure there were better rooms. We still will continue to go, but book earlier!!

great food, the restaurant has an excellent menu. The hotel has a beautiful view and hotel staff is very friendly. They have a great sauna and spa facilities for a decent price

The location is absolutely amazing, directly overseeing the lake.

Amazing view, wonderful garden, terrace and pool. Parking was easy. Restaurant offered good food even if a little inflexible regarding the menu. Breakfast was good and also catering for vegan/vegetarian

The single rooms are very small. One turned out to have no A/C. The shower is so tiny its uncomfortable.

Location was lovely and quiet, staff are very friendly and helpful, apartment was exactly as the photos which is often rare!

More utensils in the kitchen would be helpful, there’s only a ladle to cook with

An absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be returning in the future!The breakfast was amazing and the view breathtaking. There is also spa availble which we did not end up using but the pool are was nice and our 2 year old loved it.

Great little hotel, located in a gorgeous spot of the lake Iseo. Increible restaurant, nice friendly staff. The owner Barbara was helpful and friendly and Georgia, one of the servers was very competent and friendly ?

CleanOutdoor space

Shoe box sized room, c.10m2 incl bathroom,shower.Uni dorm concept, cut out 10s of tiny single beds across the floor. Complete lack of any character, down to bare basics decor, equipment.

A refrigerator in the room would have been a great addition

The location of hotel was good, bed comfortable.Breakfast and the evening taster menu both very enjoyable.One criticism, the dessert let the menu down a shortbread biscuit with strawberries ? didn’t feel indulgent enough after the other courses.

Unfortunately we were given the disabled persons room which we did not request.There was no view as the window had privacy glass and the bathroom had a disabled toilet seat with no lid!!
