Friendly staff

The room was out of date and cold, the shower was poor and the complete hotel was in need of a refurbishment. I thought the price was stupidly high and i probably will not use Booking.com again after this. Breakfast was very limited but the boiled egg was nice but in general very disappointing.

Lovely reception staff.The hotel was clean and well presented.Nice acceptable no fuss breakfast.Good accessible free parking .Some small bars , restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

Little bit far from bergamo

We arrived a 4am in the morning due to delays with our flight so the hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast in the morning was very good.

We departed early from the hotel to catch a flight and the staff were very helpful. The hotel TV offered some English news channels

Location - the hotel is 5mins drive from ISKCON temple. Service and room we're excellent. I had a very good experience and will be happy to return.

It would be great if there were more fruit and fresh vegetables at the breakfast.

The big spacious and clean rooms. Parking space.

Super poor breakfast, not 4 stars quality at all. We couldn’t find anything to eat. It was mainly sweet stuff and some fruits and that’s it. The rooms lacked the slippers that they show on the photos of the hotel and also the safe.

Needs lots of cleaning. We found a lot of tiny ants in bathroom. Fly was everywhere in rooms and in breakfast areas. Needs bug treatment or maybe it was hot so they just come from everywhere to stay cool inside.

The room was extremely clean, smelt nice, comfortable. The breakfast was very rich. Parking in front of the hotel.

Breakfast was ok. Breakfast staff friendly, quite opposite to the reception staff.

Room was merely small for a 4* hotel. I'd say it is average 3*.Water pressure in the shower was extremely low.Air-conditioning system did not work properly.Room and bathroom were not really clean.

Excellent small hotel in a quiet village! We like the hotel very much: the rooms we’re comfortable and breakfast was great! The hotel is great value for money as it is very close to Milan and Bergamo.

there was an issue with the bathroom door that could not be closed and also some fittings on the sink were not working so good.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel aswell the lovely staff and food at the restaurant very welcoming.

I did not like the xtra price that i had to pay for the mini bar as well as the taxi to the airport was very expensive n increased the price when i wanted to pay by card .
