    • Great Location For chilling in and around. the breakfast was also great the croissants were amazing. But the best experience was the host Guilia. We arrived late and she waited for us at the reception until 11:30 at night. Anything you need she will do her best to accommodate you. Thanks to Guilia we had a great stay . Will definitely stay again
    • Had a lovely two night stay, Guilia and Elizabeth were both fantastic and made me feel super welcome! A beautiful Property and the building itself is like a museum, the simple but clean and comfortable rooms speak of the history too. Delicious breakfast and coffee each morning and it was possible to get dinner delivered from a nearby restaurant. Thank you again Guilia and Elizabeth!

Great personnel , everything was perfect Great breakfast Come to have very good time in Italy

WiFi not available on some floors

    9JoelPosted on: 8-16-2024

Any other language then Italian might be difficult but the staff is so friendly and the building is so beautiful that that barely matters

The location is very difficult to reach by public transit

Amazing property with very friendly owners. They accommodated the whole family (2 adults + 4 children) and our 2 dogs, and managed to give us very nice recommandations in terms of restaurants and visits. Definitely and great place to stay!

It was 33c and we were not able to eat outside. The dining toom we were allocated for our stay was not very nice and didn’t correspond to the photos on website. We checked if possible to change or upgrade. But There a random system of allocating places in rhe dining room. Apparently not linked to if paid more or proposed. Just at will of staff.

Explain or allow people to eat different nights in different dining rooms. Also there were no signs with the exact name of the place versus what was on the website we reserved with. And nowhere on the road was it marked clearly. The reception staff said it was because the name change. But this made for a bad impression of the professionalism of the place.

Friendly staff, good breakfast for free, and a nice location. Would recommend it for families with children. The hotel has a handy elevator, in case you have a stroller or heavy bags. Was not mentioned in the description, but the internet was also available in the lobby.

When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the owner of the villa and she showed me around. They even have a TV room with a piano and a huge outside garden!I felt like I was inside a castle! But even though the building is so impressive, the staff was even better. I felt like home and the people here truly lifted my spirit and made me feel very welcome.I'd definitely recommend a stay!

Stunning stunning building. Quite basic but very good for the soul . I will return.

Feels like many people not from the property turn up for a sit in the sun .

Amazing, unique stay! The hotel is situated in a charming old Italian villa, the well-preserved details of the house and its rooms are very impressive. The garden is beautiful and calm. The owner of the hotel is extremely warm and helpful.
