Beautiful location, gardening and rooms

Restaurant food is great but service they need to get better. I understand there can be trainers, but being in Franciacorta and don't know how to open a Franciacorta bottle it's not something expected. However for the location is recommended.

I like the stile on the Hotel and the garden. The breakfest was also nice.

It was hard to get a taxi or rent a car near the hotel. I think the hotel should have a solution for this, so the guests can travel more easily. It's not ideal if guests arriving from the airport by taxi aren't able to get around and explore the area as they wish during their vacation.

A very stylish place. Great rooms with a good smell. This is very important to me! Probably because the floor is parquet, not carpet.Very large and spacious bathroom. The bathtub itself is cast iron and with the right water intake and it's gorgeous!

The location was excellent in a lovely country setting. Our room was comfortable and very spacious. The staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good location for Lake Iseo and good large open grounds to walk around

We couldn’t book an evening meal as the restaurant was full, but weren’t told this before we arrived. There was nothing to do at all on site unless you were a delegate as there were 3 separate conferences going on. No bath robes, and the bath leaked all over the floor. Breakfast was a disappointment as there was very little left and most of it was cold and unappealing.

Beautiful location, amazing building and grounds.

Rooms need a little bit of maintenance, eg the shower was not powerful and took a while to regulate.

Disappointing

To much noisy because of a party. I would never booked a hotel with so much noise. The breakfast was terrible. Most dishes was empty, after 15 minutes we found the breakfast staff in the kitchen chatting with eachother. And we just wanted coffee. This was the second time I spend in your Hotel. But this year there was not any quality. Next time with the Mille Miglia we will book another Hotel.

The staff is very kind and very helpful, dinner was excellent.

The breakfast was very poor.The water in the bathroom has very low pressure, which makes it difficult to take a shower.

Breakfast had scrambled eggs and bacon but in other sense was rather poor, with lots of sweets and bread stuff

In our toilet, WC table was broken. They left as new set in order to fix ot I guess :)

very distant location, so it is rather can be served as a base camp - without car not much things to do.. but place overall is a real mansion! :) super attentive staff, great breakfast, amazing dinner and great feeling of dolce vita! :)

some rooms might need renovation, so a bit old-fasioned.. but did not have any problem at all
