Easy to check in and the location around the wine road

Old and outdated room with very old woden furniture and somehow not to easy to open the main door

The night manager was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection of meets and pastries was terrific!

Unreasonable expensive considering the following factors: - Old building and furniture needing a change.- Old sockets and only one miraculously working old socket for a double, this meant my partner couldn't charge her phone.- light switches placed with no logic and a lot of old not working faceplates complicating the use of the room and toitel.- Breakfast is extremely poor especially considering the price paid for and for being in Italy... no choice for hot meal, no variety for salty breakfast, a few options for sugary non fresh snacks, orange juice undrinkable, nothing fresh not even the coffe...Where is all the money spent going? I expect much more.

We really liked the receptionist, he delighted our times. They arranged two rooms for us with the same terrace, that was really nice. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were spacious enough and well furnitured.

A bit pricey place, but overall was a good choice.

Breakfast was available and with variety of sweet and European options. Check in and out went smoothly and, even if the reception was not open 24h, there was the possibility to check in online and access the property with a key.

My expectations were high as the price for one night was high, but the quality of the building, the rooms and the facilities were a bit tired and need refurbishment. I guess the price was meant to match the location (Franciacorta valley). They can improve the cleaning process between guests.

The staff was fantastic, great welcome and very attentive to our comfort. Location very convenient, and a restaurant and ice cream store walking distance made our overnight stop very funcional.

The room was nice, wooden roof and spacious.

The toilette is very dated, cold (no heating), and the hairdryer was useless. overall it needs a refurbishment.

The hotel is dated but was clean. The continental breakfast offered is fine, we only used it to have a coffee. Staff were friendly. Room was furnished basically but it was ok for what we needed.

Wi-Fi would drop out in the evening sometimes, which was annoying when I was trying to work.

Lovely staff, very helpful. Clean rooms, good airconditioning. Great breakfast and location. You do need a car to get around this area.

Showers were weak and felt dated.

Super helpful and friendly staff, nice place close to Aquasplash, and Lago D'Iseo, which was lovely, and some good local restaurants and bars.

Breakfast could have been much better with some vegetables and higher quality drinks/food. The electric bikes we wanted to rent were too small and not well maintained, so we ended up walking instead, unfortunately. The bed was comfortable, although not proper double bed (two separate mattresses).

Great staff and brand new air conditioning. Plenty of parking space.

The shutters and mini bar in my room were broken. The nearby bar played loud music till midnight.

The staff where amazing. Very helpfu when I had a questions and the breakfast was great.

The location was okey, but not very easy to get with bus.

Good clean hotel with excellent host and next door to a super pizzeria. it also has a free car park right outside.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the free parking.

The room had one window which was connected to a patio to another room, so essentially no privacy unless you fenced it off with the curtains; which resulted in a pitch-dark room. The light is very aggressive and reminded me of floodlights in a stadium.
