- Shower took 10 mins to become warm and bed very uncomfortable.As I only speak English and Stefania (host) does not, my friend was helping me to translate all the rules and needs to know of the property etc, I only booked a single room and as my friend was helping me in my room it wasn’t even 5 mins before Stefania called and said my friend has to leave immediately demanding extra money if she stays another minute, 2 days later my friend came in to use the bathroom and again Stefania was now asking for extra money just because my friend came in the room for 10 mins!
