Cremona Palace Hotel

This is my favourite hotel in the Cremona area. I have spent a lot of time here over this past year while work was being done on my house. Very friendly staff.( The Best) Close to Cremona. Within a few minutes, drive to store and Mall. Restaurant behind the hotel. Very nice spacious rooms. Good standard breakfast. Each room I've stayed in had a nice balcony. Generally quiet area.

Sometimes rooms can get a little too hot or cold depending on the season. But staff was always there to help me get the temperature to regulate.

Maybe to have a restaurant in the evening at the hotel. However there was one just a short walk away

Hair on the floor, dark, zero equipment in the room (no kettle, tea, coffee)

Staff was great, we arrived very late and they helped us to get last table at the restaurante next to the hotel. Overall great staff.

The building is great but it looks like it would need some maintenance. The entrance lobby is large but without character, few seating arrangement will help to give it some intimacy.

In some areas, entrance and breakfast room, the ceiling had stains, which indicate lack of maintenance.

The hotel is far out from the town centre and is a taxi ride away which are very hard to get in the evening

Large room

There was an awful smell that was worse when window open. Below average breakfast. Poor service, tables too close together

the hotel is away from the centre, and there is no taxis after 23:00.I was need to walk hour and a half to arrive to the hotel. In addition, the way to hotel is not comfortable (by walking you need to walk across the street and there is no lights.

The building and amenities appeared fairly new.

When we arrived, the lobby and hallways were fairly dark as if they were saving electricity. The front desk staff (2) was cold. In the morning, they were OK

maybe just my feeling, I stayed only for 1 night in between travel - the bed linen had a strong smell - not foul smell - seems like from detergent. - I don’t know.

That there was a place to stay

We arrived late at nightWe had two reservations: single room ant triple room. In the triple room there were only two beds. We tried to call the guest assistant but they didn’t answer so I had to get down to ask for another bed. We went to eat and when we got back I found the bed but with no bedclothes… once again they didn’t take my call and I had to get down to the front desk. Only on 00:30 we got the bedclothes. We went to take a shower and found out that there was no hot water!!!In the morning we asked to talk with the manger of the hotel but he didn’t offer any refund. Also after approaching booking assistant we didn’t got any refund

We stayed there 1 night on our way back. Confortable hotel with a clean bathroom.Our room had a balcony, so that was a nice extra.Breakfast was ok, typical italian breakfast.

The lack of lights in the parking. More lights in the parking area would be better. We could not see properly where we could park the car.A bigger fridge to cool our drinks would be nice :)

Nice clean no-fuss hotel with a restaurant and fitness facility on-site. Great for a short stay
