We didn’t manage to have dinner since we arrived late

The price was very cheap for a room with the bathroom and a parking spot. Of course the location is in a small town near Pavia and there aren’t many things (if any) to do around without a car.The restaurant of the hotel was very good and reasonably priced.The parking spot was convenient.The room, the halls and the restaurant were very clean. The owner was incredibly kind and professional.All considered I would stay there again.

The biggest problem with the hotel is that it really needs a renovation. The room was quite old and not very well maintained; despite that the room was exceptionally clean. Anyway we have to remember that the price for a room is quite cheap so it is totally passable.

Parking availability, good sized room and bathroom, cleaning, quiet location

Poor breakfast with prepacked products; host unkind in the evening at arrival, same person was doing both receptionist and restaurant waiter.

Clean, tidy, warm and friendly staff, plenty of space to park and quiet.

Wi-Fi needs sorting as it doesn’t reach the furthest bedroom (which was mine). Apart from this nitpick, all was brilliant.

A little noisy on street side if you open your windows overnight.

The host is very kind and makes you feel like you are visiting the home of a close friend. Very clean, big size of the room and the bath. Free parking. Good brekfast included in the price. Safe and calm village that is very convinient for visiting Milan, Como, Design Centre Serravalle by car.

A comfortable no-frills room at a reasonable price. Parking within the building. The owner was always around to help.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, everything you needed was there, the host was very helpful.

The staff is extremely friendly and available. There's a restaurant and parking if needed. Breakfast was included and we highly recommend the cappuccino. You can find a charging station for your electric car about a block away. We will definitely stay with them again and we hope to have the time to eat in their restaurant. ?

Many thanks to Angelo for saving our travel and being so calm, friendly and helping!We (my wife, two my sons and I) travelled from Milano and had a car accident on the road. We found this beautiful hotel and restaurant and booked the room. When we arrived in about 15 minutes we were welcomed by Angelo and the room was ready and this was so great for tired and stressed family! In the morning we came downstairs to the restaurant to find generous and delicious breakfast!Even more: Angelo managed to arrange a meeting with local car mechanic in very evening we came. They took my car in the morning and at noon we already continued our travel!The room is comfortable with nice beds and perfect bathroom. Good Wifi signal allowed me to finish my working tasks in the evening. Good heating system. Perfect silent city with beautiful church. All you need is 2 min. walk: store, pharmacy, place to eat. If you go a little farther (30 min. walk or 5 min. with the car) you'll find a great supermarket.

Great hotel with huge spacious rooms and super clean. There is a restaurant downstairs and the owner hooked me up with lunch even though I was a bit late. It was delicious, and I slept great.

Everything was uncomplicatet, very friendly staff, perfect loction to make a rest / stay a night after and before a long ride with the car. private and safe parking. simple breakfast with good italian coffee.

We stayed here on our outward journey and made sure we stayed again on our return. We stayed in the same room. Big comfy bed in a large room, plenty of storage, good sized bathroom with a shower and a window. Good flyscreens on the windows, A/C also available. Free covered parking for our bike. Full menu offered in the restaurant or the meal of the day. Today this was home made pasta in a bacon cream sauce followed by meat in a light sauce with green beans. It was delicious. Basic Italian breakfast included in the price.

Courtyard parking for our motorbike. Lovely owner who spoke good English. The room was big and the windows had well fitted fly screens so you could have them open. There was also air conditioning if you wanted. Big comfy bed and good shower in a spacious bathroom with a window. Basic italien breakfast with nice coffee. There is a pizza restaurant across the road.

The restaurant was full so we couldn't eat here !!
