Possibility for late checkin, clean and comfortable room, everything what's needed for a comfortable stay.

Very clean and comfortable room with lots of storage and a good size bathroom. The parking place is really close, and the area was beautiful.

As downstairs is a pizzeria, it was a bit noisy at night but we were tired enough to have a good night's sleep.

The very dangerous road of the hotel has a good mountain view at the highest point, but it is very dangerous with reckless drivers

The drive up is scary if you're not used to Italian mountain roads but well worth it! The room was very comfortable and absolutely spotlessly clean. The gluten free pizza I had was delicious and the view of the sunrise spectacular.

The staff was friendly, but be aware that they only speak Italian. Parking is available and free in front of the hotel. Dinner was fine. The view is nice. Ok for fhe money.

Breakfast is 10 euros per person, and you only get a croissant, yogurt, and packaged food; No ham, cheese, bread, etc. We were hungry after breakfast. The place is very loud. There is noise from the street and the restaurant.

Good stop over, restaurant was good food but not much choice for gluten free for my wife

Breakfast was 10 euros to be paid the day before, that's because it was very poor hardly any choice,only dry packet food no fresh bread, ham, cheese. Eggs nothing .nothing gluten free only a packet croissant and you could only have 1!It was way too much money for poor presentation.The room was just about ok,poor mattresses uncomfortable, bathroom like an alley you can't move in there and not really that clean,shower door a joke!

There is no elevator. Also the room is cramped up if u have family. The noise from outside was loud and continues till 10-11pm coz thats when the restaurant closes. The room was a little smelly but adjustable.

The room was tidy, had a balcony and a great view. We were warmly welcomed.

Perfect for a short stay, super friendly personell. Room small but sufficient, balcony and heating as needed that day.We enjoyed a very nice pizza and good wine. Breakfast is nice with cappuccino an fresh croissants.If you need it simple and nice this a a prefect place.

Washing sink was outside of the toilet, next to beds. Unfriendly staff, very angry and could not speak English, not happy to share kitchen cutlery or taking food to the room

View, it was amazing. Also a restaurant. Parking was close and always available.

Restaurant working hours, because it was only 19:00-22:00. So if you arrive at 15:00 on Monday, there is nowhere to eat. Also there was a smell from bathroom.

Friendly staff, food very tasty and at good prices. The view of Lake Como was amazing.

Good value for money, and everything we expected (as listed) was provided. As long as you have the transport to get there and out (we were driven by a local relative, but I think there's also a bus down to Calolziocorte), it's a lovely location. Up in Carenno, you have views of the lake below, mountains in the distance, and basically an attractive neighbourhood. The breakfast was fine. It was especially nice to have a family suite, with our own family bathroom but a bedroom for our daughter.

Nothing in particular - everything was fine. It's not in a city, so being able to communicate in Italian might be an advantage.

It was pretty good for the price, decent food, its a local restaurant for Italians we were not complaining.

The rooms are old, requiring renovation, they are very noisy, sleep is not possible, no noise insulation. Until three in the morning downstairs in the cafe it felt like pulling chairs and rattling dishes, although it was already closed.

I would never advise anyone to go to this hotel. The administrator is absolutely tactless and not balanced person who constantly yells. We booked a room and when booking became incorrectly displayed the number of people. Before paying we wrote to the hotel how many people we are and asked if we can such a composition in this room, to what we received the answer that if we do not mind that the children slept with us, we can book this room. After that we made a payment, and on arrival the administrator began to shout that the room is not suitable for us and that we either pay for another room, or they will not return the money to us and we can leave. They refused their own earlier messages about permission and did not even want to listen to anything, only shouted. Even some cook in the restaurant came out to shout.

The location was stunning, the food was excellent value.

Promised breakfast at check in, however in the morning said it was not available. We offered to pay more but were declined. On Sunday morning there was nothing available for miles, so we had to check out and go into nearest city. With a young family this was very bad.
