Good hotel but far from everything it¿s in the middle of no where

Everything about the hotel was great. The breakfast had a variety of selections that appealed to all tastes.

None that I can think of.

Restaurant, front desk, parking, great staff

Rooms- old and unmaintained. Even if is clean, this hotel stands below any 3* of Accor (Ibis) wherever it may be.Proprety looks great from outside but you feel its age in any direction you look. For owners: Invest, renovate is pitty not to bring the hotel in 21st century. Your staff cannot hold your business forever, eventually customers will not only return just for the sake of your staff.

We traveled with car so location was perfect to reach como center. Staffs were good

if you get up early, breakfast was good. But if you want to do a little late breakfast, unfortunately it wasn't good they didn't provide fresh food even there was more than one hour end time. And second issue was they started very early to clean other rooms so if you want to get up late it isn't possible cause could be a lot noise.

But the pancakes were perfect! Thanks to the staff who offered it when almost all other food was out. Coffee was OK! The panoramic view was magnificent!

Breakfast ran out pretty fast. We came 20 minutes before closing – there was almost no food. Also, no vegetarian/vegan options. It would be perfect if staff will start cleaning after the breakfast time is ended. It was a bit fussy.

Although it was prepaid the appearance was so bad that my wife and I immediately made a new booking at a near by hotel. It was so unappealing that we were concerned.

The hotel disappoints with subpar conditions - evident in the need for restorations, cleanliness issues and the presence of mold in the toilet.

Very good service. The personal helped us out when we asked to change our room as it was very hot and possible issue with the thermostat. Clean. Free parking. Basic breakfast- nothing special but you will definitely not stay hungry. It was also nice to have a kettle and fridge in the room. Carrefour is very close to the hotel. If you are traveling by car- this hotel is a good choice.

The shower need some renovation but it’s not critical

We looked for a place to stay between Como and Lecco and Albavilla was the best option. We stayed in a room on the ground floor and have direct access to the parking (our car). The breakfast was good, a lot of options - we had mainly eaten at 8.00. The bed was very comfortable. The room itself was spacious and clean, but it was a bit worn - so this is why I don't think it deserves 4 stars. The repairs in the bathroom were very sloppy. The shower cabin is not suitable for persons weighting +70 kg, as it is tiny. The staff was very friendly!!

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, the restaurant provided good food, (breakfast and dinner)!

The air condition did not work properly, the window could not be opened because of the road noise, the room was warm to sleep.

Very nice and clean. The people were very friendly and accommodating. 

For me, it was too far away from where I needed to be because Transportation was terrible 

The room was cleaned every day. You have a private parking and it’s 15 minutes away from Como. The breakfast was nice, you could choose out of many things. Me and my husband were both happy about our stay

Very good located.

Breakfast was a bit poor. You have to ask for coffees and the english breakfast was cold.

All was perfect, especially the staff Kurram helped us to manage the ambulance to hotel as my wife was too tired. Also, Franchisca was very helpful and referred a laundry shop to us where it was perfect.

One thing is when I asked the at breakfast to make me an omlete with cheese, they said will charge me € 7.5 which should be free of charge as most of good hotels do provide but generally the food was V. good

breakfast: lots of choice and all high quality products - very goodroom: practical and sufficient space for a short trip of 1 night. communicating room were top and useful in our case.parking: superb to have a parking space below the room with direct access. excellent concept.

Excellent breakfast buffet , very very friendly staff , excellent value , 15 minutes takes you everywhere you could want to go
