Room amenities are really good and comfortable. Room is clean. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

We had dinner there and it was absolutely wonderful Food,their breakfast was unparalleled. It was superb.

Their shower was broken in one room, unusable

Stayed before and it is a lovely quiet location handy for the north of Lake Como. Very good breakfast. An unpretentious hotel which is very good value for money.

A friendly welcome to the hotel, which is located within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The room was very clean with excellent views. Bathroom and shower also very clean. Great value for money.

Excelent renovated Room. A great Breakfast, amzing views from the balcony to the lake. In every dimension an excelent choice, the lake is fantastic and this hotel a great cluice to be very near it.

A small hotel, in a quiet village with an excellent room with aircon and a view of the lake. The food is amazing. I love the pasta parcels with pear and cheese.

Clean, quiet place, off the main road, lake view, rich delicious breakfast, no hustle, good functional AC, close to the local beaches if you have a car.

More just a note: you do need a car to move around.

Localisation is just awesome. Beautiful view on the water. Personel in the hotel very nice and engaged. Room comfortable and clean.

Lack of kettle in the room. Strange smell in the lift.

Can’t fault it. Beautiful location overlooking the lake. The hotel itself is run by a family and you can tell, very warming, very personal, they made every effort to give us anything we wanted. Their restaurant (opposite the hotel) serves brilliant food, breakfast the next morning was again amazing. It’s a quiet secluded spot, so perfect for us as a stop over but also perfect for those that are looking for a base to explore the area.

The staff was kind, our room was modern and well-equipped and the view from the balcony was beautiful.

The hosts don’t speak english well but it wasn’t a big problem as everything was managed as expected

Nice, modern room with very beautiful lakeview. Quiet, good bed, balcony with table and chairs. Very good breakfast.

nice place to explore lake como, modern style rooms with all amenities we needed, modern bathroom with proper shower, great diverse Italian style breakfast with excellent prosciutto crudo,the inhouse restaurant offers a good choice of Italian dishes for reasonable prices

The view was amazing to the lake and mountains, a quiet place -off the main road. The rooms were brand new remodeled. Beds comfy, rooms very clean Easy access by car. Okey breakfast with lots of choices. Kind welcome. We really enjoyed our stay!

Our room felt modern and tidy.Breakfast was good.The real star of the show is the view from the rooms, which overlooked the dolomites.

The drain in the shower did not work, and the whole shower was flooded after a short shower.

Hotel located directly at the Como lake.You have an amazing view at the lake right from your room.Although it doesn't look like it from the outside and upon entering, the owners invested quite a lot of money in the hotel in recent years to renovate the place.Once you go up to the rooms, it's like entering an entirely different building.Rooms are modern and cosy.The terrace has an amazing view over the lake.The bathroom is nice and well equipped.Parking is included in the price.Breakfast is also included and isn't just the usual cheap breakfast. You get a nicely filled basket with croissants and different bread options. You also get a wide variety of bread spread options.The hotel is located in a nice little town and is a 30 min drive away from bigger towns at Como.

The shower button however has been installed wrongly making it come loose and making finding the right temperature extremely difficult, hence-1

As expected, impossible to find value for money in Lake Como but this place just off to the North is good value value.We had a pleasant dinner and nice breakfast.

A bit run down old fashioned and tired but still busy . Not a criticism of the hotel but the surrounding village very tired and many derelict properties .It still suited our purpose, arriving late and leaving next morning.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Stayed one night and wished we had stayed longer. You can hire canoes on the lake. Better book the restaurant it's very popular with the locals! Well-appointed bathroom, comfy bed and good air con. Elevator. Well priced bar, 2 G & Ts 10 euro). Excellent breakfast, lots of choice. This is a top spot close to Lake Como.
