Sufficient value for money, small rooms in an annex, clean and with TV, air conditioning and shower. Parking on the road.The coffee was great. The staff was kindly.

Poor soundproofing – The rooms had almost no sound insulation, and I could hear voices from the adjacent rooms very clearly. Worn-out mattress – The mattress was completely sagging, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep on. It definitely needs to be replaced. Outdated furniture – The furnishings were quite old and in need of an update, especially the mattress. Unstable Wi-Fi – The Wi-Fi was very unreliable and, most of the time, not working at all, which was quite frustrating.Breakfast - For breakfast, but no one ever informed me about the available options, such as juice or other items. It would have been helpful if the staff had explained what was included

I expected a little bit more comfy bedsthey do not mention that the building was under improvement work... would be OK to notify, at least, but no problem :)

Only good thing about this place was staff. They were really nice and helpful.

We were supposed to have queen bed. In the end it was 2x single ones put together. Walls were so thin i could hear everything. People talking, snoring etc.Connection there is very bad. There arent any shops or restaurants. Breakfast at hotel is very poor.

All members of staff are exceptional and extremely pleasant and helpful. Bar and restaurant area is lovely. Cleaning staff were friendly and efficient.

The beautiful pictures on this web page is just for showing off. We were put in the ugly building under construction ?. It was not really safe, but also ugly and no view from the window. No wifi like it was promised. Lights and tv in the room were turning off from time to time. On the top of that extremely rude staff. At 8 am came housekeepers and started screaming, smashing doors, talking on the phone and laughing. I thought those were prostitutes who came back from a night work on the street. But no, those ladies were housekeepers. When my husband went to talk to them and asked to keep it down, because we are still sleeping they started to make even more noise and punched our door few times. The most sick part is, the owner (who was also working at the front desk) said she cannot do anything about this rude behaviour of the housekeepers. Seriously, from all hotels and hostels we stayed all over Italy this one is the worst. They dont respect customers at all.

For my fail, I come to the hotel after midnight! The owner of the hotel waited for me! I am very grateful for this!The owner is very nice man!The hotel is nice too.I really recommend this hotel!

The staff was nice and tried to be helpful.

We were placed in a building under construction. The room was quite damaged and wasted. It stank heavily on cigarretts, not ventilated and full of mosquitos. Generally this placed should not be offered for accommodation.

I would recommend this property for sure. Nice quiet area which allowed me a good rest. I was with dogs and it was ideal. Room was a nice size and bathroom too. Very clean and nice. Nice area around to walk dogs too. Breakfast service was outstanding, staff was super friendly and nice. If I have one more time races in the area I will defo be back.
