Hotel La Locanda

Bed was comfortable, everything was according to expectation, staff was very nice.

It was good, just some things a bit old.

We stayed there for a party in the lakeside place. Hotel was comfortable. Excellent breakfast. We had a very nice room with a wide view over the lake and the village. Being high up was very quiet.

Parking is a bit of challenge, of course not that surprising in a busy village. Lift needs modernization

Great location and good value in the region of Italy! Would stay again for sure.

Only thing, was the smoke alarm had a flashing green light right above my bed. Some paper and tape solved the issue but you have to be tall to reach it. Only issue over 3 nights.

Decent hotel with simple breakfast and good coffee. Need extra shower gel, and glass to drink.

The location is such that it is not very walkable. Very narrow streets often with no sidewalks. Difficult without a car/taxi. The wifi connection was poor.

Room like in photo but no decoration, no extra blanket or pillow, no help with carrying luggage ( mom is 86 y.o.), had to call and ask for wifi password, for water, breakfast over simple and lame

Small modern, clean rooms with lack view. S bistro on the ground floor with ok food. Continental limited breakfast. Parking in the backyard. Small town with narrow streets close to the lake. Nice to walk around and visit local cafes.

La Locanda was a great location for our last night in Italy before flying out from Malpensa. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The convenience of having a restaurant was perfect. The lunch and dinner we had were very good.

The staff was kind. The parking is nearby, in such a small town, the availability of private free parking is a big plus. The breakfast, although modest, is home-made and delicious. The room was clean, there was something in minibar (we didn’t use, but it’s good, because there is no grocery store nearby)

Location - a small town, a village on a lake. We did not explore this area in advance and expected a little more. Because of the weekend and the off-season, almost nothing works. In the whole area only 1-2 restaurants are open in the evening. There are no grocery stores. As the property is not expensive, the quality is very provincial and not cute :( The room is quite simple. The bed creaks, the mattress is not very comfortable. A small old TV. The room was not very cozy, there was not even a picture on the wall. It would be possible to put some kind of plant for coziness maybe and would be better to put warm light bulbs in the lamps. There is no full-length mirror.

The staff were lovely, the location was excellent, a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. The breakfast was very good. The evening restaurant was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Loved everything

Location close to Monate lake which we loved! Hotel was very clean and personnel warm and helpful. The little terrace with lake view was just a treat!

The hotel is not super modern, but facilities are still good and clean. The mattress was a bit hard for my taste (we still slept good)

Nice balcony view, clean room, good air conditioning.

Hot and cold shower, really nothing around is open so only stay for a night.

This is a lovely small hotel. Spotlessly clean. Good shower and bed. Helpful staff. Reliable local Taxi.

It's not near any shops nor restaurants. Local bar/pizza only nearby. Public Transport limited. Bit of a walk to two lovely Lakeside restaurants....La Playa and Summer.

All very clean and good location.

TV too small, shower and shampoo makes your skin dry, and the breakfast is not great.

Nice view of the lake. Very hospitable and accommodating personnel. Very clean, comfortable bed, big room and bathroom.

Quite busy road, bad sound insulation, you can hear hosts talking in the next room.
