PLAZA INN Grevenbroich

Nice room, good size, nice bedroom, Nice breakfast, helpful stuff.

Location not close to places...

Disappointing

The rooms were dirty, smelly pillows, dusty room, unclean bathroom

Really nice hotel with carpark underneath that had cameras and barriers. Rooms were a nice big size with a good shower. We didn’t venture out as it was a short stop off on the motorbike’s, so I can’t comment on the area. Friendly and helpful staff, we did have a problem in our first room which they tried to resolve but in the end offered us an alternative room just down the corridor.

Even though the carpark had barriers and cameras I would still put disc-locks / extra locks on bikes as there is a large open section next to the entrance barrier.

Room was nice and breakfast was great

Twin bed option only instead of double bed

It provided us enough space for the whole family to sleep

One of the light fittings were broken in the double bedroom. The plug didn’t keep the water in the bath. The fridge didn’t keep the drinks and food cold. There was no play area for the children. Noisy when the window was open. It also opened all the way which is a bit of a hazard for young children. Especially on the third floor.

Bed confort

Expensive parking, should be in the room service. We booked 2 rooms, not even 1 parking lot reserved. 13€ for a parking slot is stupid when it's written " parking" on the website . Also too warm. No A/C. suffocating during the summer, bad management of the heat. I Com from mediteranean country, without AC and with warmer climate, we manage to NOT have 27°C in the bedrooms...

Everything was okay

Dear Hotel Management,We recently stayed at your hotel in a two-bedroom suite and were quite disappointed with the conditions. One of the rooms had no window at all, and the only window in the suite faced a large generator that was extremely noisy throughout the night. We were unable to sleep because of the constant sound. This was not what we expected based on your listing. We kindly request you to consider compensation for the inconvenience.

It was clean and central location for my needs.

My bedroom was next to the loading bay therefore there was a lot of noise earlier in the morning.

I didn't had time to have breakfast but I've heard it was great. The staff was very professional and always willing to help. Tea/coffee maker on the room very convenient and on the main lobby very kind welcome with fruit and drinks

the bed was too soft

good breakfast. quiet stay.

hair in the shower, took minutes to get warm water in the shower. Bin in the bathroom was so damaged it barely opened. Chair fabric was dirty. Staff was not unfriendly but not friendly either. Did not feel welcomed. No friendly words when passing by the reception. Vending machine is cash only. Poor website.

Friendly and open stuff with very helpful tips about the surrounding

Bath and shower a bit old fashioned with leaking tubes

Friendly reception, refreshments incl water available at all hours, clean room

Big rooms and good amenities, the location is perfect.

breakfast was ok,parking was cheap

toilets adjacent to the meeting rooms were disgustingly dirty.we had a meeting room - no coffee or water

good value breakfast buffet, friendly staff

The room I was staying in had no warm water and the toilet cistern was continuously flushing. Immediately got a new room as technicians weren’t available over xmas. new room door didn’t open. Was asked 3 (!) times to check again at the reception - the new room was on 3rd floor! Turns out, room was already booked, so got an upgrade as comp. However comfort room didn’t appear different from normal room, and bathroom had black long hair on the ground. So cleanliness could be improved.

Location is perfect that's why I chose it

The room facing the supermarket meant that lorries were delivering or unloading at odd times during the night. That is a bit disturbing.

Our room was great for a family with 2 kids. Very spacious, with a small living room and a separate room for the kids and the bed was also ok. Breakfast was also great.

They could have at least a longer opening hours of their small bar, where we can have drinks & unwind after a long day.

Clean and spacious room. Good location. Helpful staff.

The door to the room is not very soundproof and you could hear the noise from the corridor.
