Small, clean room

Railway line nearby with trains passing all night long. Cleaning not regular.

The room was reasonably clean and the check-in process was straightforward. The location was acceptable for a short stay.

There was constant train noise clearly audible inside the room. The entrance door vibrated whenever the neighboring room door was opened or closed, causing noticeable noise and disturbance. Additionally, there was an unpleasant sewage/toilet odor spreading inside the room, which significantly reduced comfort.

The placement is really good. Walking distance to what you need. Clean room and really nice bed.

The shower in the room ran out over the floor. Last time I was over we got new towels under the stay but not this time. And the fridge didn’t get cold.

Nice room, clean, functional, large enough for 2, breakfast box was a nice idea

Way too loud, trains passing and the windows not well insulated. Every door slam in the house could be heard in the room even from floors below, bad static. The door mechanism only worked with the slam.in with shoulder. Rooms could not be darkened well

The hotel looks great, bed is comfortable, everything is clean and the best coffee free

You can't sleep properly. A train line is direct at the hotel's backyard and you can hear the noise of the frequent trains.

Convenient free parking

Disturbing early morning, no towels were found in the room, but the staff helped to get the one.Loud train noise until very late night

Comfortable and good value for money.

If the only thing the hotel provides - apart from bed linen - is soap, it shouldn’t be too hard to check. Both dispensers empty.

Very convenient check-in, friendly staff, nice and clean rooms.

An additional towel would have been great.

It’s was bright and spacious for 2 of us.

It’s not near any shops nearest is about a 10/15 min walk

Almost everything was perfect, the cleanness of the room was remarkable

The single bed for the third person should be improved,, it was not comfortable, too narrow and bad balance.. If you are not careful you can fall on the floor couple of times

Nice interior style of the room.

The smell in the building was a bit strange. Would be great if that could be changed to a more fruity or neutral one.Furthermore, I could not find instructions how to order the breakfast option. It would be nice to find it somewhere in the lounge area.

Rooms, location, pin code system, parking.

Cleaning service really early in the morning (7:00-8:00), personel smoking in front of room windows and main entrance.

Really nice modern place. Clean rooms, decent space. Small kitchen is nice to have. No check in hassle, they sent a code to enter the room that worked without any issues. Private parking next to the hotel with 1 EV charger available too.

Practical location, easy to enter hotel and room, good shower, clean room, silent, nice boxed breakfast

Very pleasant stay in Grevenbroich. Even without a reception desk, everything worked out quite well. We're coming back!

Unfortunately, there was no restaurant on premise.

New modern and clean hotel. Spacious room with small kitchen and a nice bathroom

-The room was clean and decorated in a modern way-The location is close to a supermarket and the city is situated nicely between Dusseldorf and Cologne-The check-in with the pincode was smooth

-The room (number 5) had a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. We called reception and they would send a technician over the next day, but no one showed up meaning we were left in the stench for another day. Got nothing more than a 'sorry, deal with it'. -The hotel is next to a railroad and (freight) trains drive there even late at night and early in the morning. You hear the trains quite well when you're in the room, so don't come here if you're a light sleeper. This also means you cannot leave your window open at night as the noise will be even worse (and the hotel likes to heat rooms up so be prepared).-The hotel is very noisy, meaning you hear people on the hallway very well and also the neighbours upstairs (tile flooring, so chairs being used are a hell). - It was not possible to control the room temperature. The thermostat in the room didn't do anything.

Wasn’t as soundproof as hoped. The bed made noises.The shower was leaking water, the whole bathroom floor was covered in water standing somewhat high, also almost got into the bedroom.
