Nice location with view on the river Rhine. Big rooms which are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good.

The matrass was quick hard so after two night we could feel it in our backs. There was coffee in the room for only one day, and we stayed two nights. When we asked for some extra coffee cups at the reception we were directed to the bar .. which does not make sense because when I wake up I want a coffee in my room and not having to go to the bar.

Reception staff (middle aged woman) not very friendly.Breakfast seriously short of staff. We had to sit in the lobby, as there was no place to sit in the breakfast area, also no staff to ask where to sit. Food was ok, not a lot of choices but just average.

Well-located, big room with kitchen facilities

I recently stayed at your hotel as part of a group. As the only woman and the only Turkish member of the group, I noticed a significant difference in how my room was assigned compared to my colleagues. While they were given rooms on higher floors with scenic views, I was placed in a ground-floor room facing trash bins. Additionally, while my colleagues received detailed instructions on connecting to their room-specific Wi-Fi networks, I was simply directed to use the general hotel Wi-Fi. I hope this was an oversight, but I encourage the hotel to ensure fair and equal treatment for all guests in the future. Overall, the staff was courteous, but a more thoughtful approach to guest allocation would greatly enhance the experience.

Amazing location, and area! Everything is clean and tidy, huge rooms and amazing staff. The breakfast is great.It was a pleasure and I will visit it for sure again!

Great location right next to Rhein, close to Wesel town center. Very cosy and relaxing vibe in the park around the hotel. The room was spotless, spacious and well equipped. My kids had a wonderful time there. We will come back.

Restaurant food for dinner is kind of horrible... Mattress too soft, it feels cheap and out of place considering all the nice things in this hotel

Rooms were too warm - difficult to sleep

We were happy to find a hotel with such a nice situation overlooking the Rhine and the confluence with the Ruhr river.You just could spend hours looking at the barges come and go.Room is not big, but has all the expected comfort, including a fridge, The hotel as a garage for bicycles.

But some things are to be noted :1) We asked in advance for a room with a nice view and we were given a room on the 1rst floor ! We had to insist for a better choice (5th floor).2) The bed has a thick soft mattress topper which makes it uncomfortable to sleep. This is an inappropriate choice of bedding for a hotel.3) During the night, the barges are making a significant noise. This is not a problem if the window is closed. But as there is no air-conditionning, this is embarrassing in the summer.

The location was good, the breakfast was nice, room service was nice and the food was good.

There is no airco in the rooms at all which was surprising and in the summer late in the afternoon we entered a very warm room.

Clean and comfortable. Great location. Good breakfast. Great stay for families wanting a bit a fresh air and nature.

Absolutely everything was very good. Super friendly and supportive front desk team 24/7. Plenty of park and playground facilities for kids. Kids loved the free running rabbits around hotel.

Not clean at all.The room wasn't clean properly. The celling was leaking near my room in the corridor. Overpriced. The stuff super friendly. Too many mosquitoes specially at night time
