- The people were nice and the grounds were fun to explore.
- The hotel was in an excellent location as it was close to all of the main attractions around Arenal but enough off the main highway for it to feel more secluded. There was a tasty homemade breakfast each morning. We enjoyed the hot spring pools at night!
- Away from the crowds. Breakfast was fantastic. The pools were very clean. Rooms very clean. I would go back!
Cons -
- ac didnâ≢t really work great;wifi didnâ≢t work + bedding was damp when we arrived. They didnâ≢t give us adequate towels + very diff 2get damp pool towels. didnâ≢t give us a refund 4missing the 1st night even though we informed of our Flight cancellat
- There was quite a bit of noise that could be heard from the room itself so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper like me; Iam glad I did!
- Not one thing! Loved staying there.
