Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Buitenzwembad: Closed from Mon, Sep 23, 2024 until Mon, May 19, 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property is obliged to only offer leisure stay, as mandated by local governments. The exclusive costs (bedlinen per person) and tourist tax (per person per night) are mandatory costs applied to all guests aged 2 and over. Please note that not all accommodations has airco. When there is an airco in the accommodations it is possible to rent it for € 10.00 per day. When the accommodations has no airco, it is not possible to rent it. We do not have mobile airco's. Please note a bed linen fee applies of EUR 13 for 14 days. After 14 days, the bed linen will be changed again and a surcharge of EUR 13 applies. Please note that late check-in past 17:00 is only possible upon request. If guests expect to arrive past 17:00, they are requested to contact the property.
