The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 350.0 is required. The property charges the damage deposit 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of checkout via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
