Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The exclusive costs (bedlinen per person) and tourist tax (per person per night) are mandatory costs applied to all guests aged 2 years and over. Please note a bed linen fee applies of EUR 13,50 for 14 days. After 14 days, the bed linen will be changed again and a surcharge of EUR 13,50 applies. Please note that late check-in past 17:00 is only possible upon request. If guests expect to arrive past 17:00, they are requested to contact the property. Guests can request the following extras (optionally) at an additional charge: - Extra bed linen (on top of mandatory bed linen): EUR 13,50 per set - Towel package: EUR 5,50 per set - Kitchen linen: EUR 5,50 per set - Air conditioning: EUR 10 per day (available upon request) - Children's furniture (baby bed, high chair): is free of charge (subject to availability and bed linen are excluded) - Late check-out until 16:00 (subject to availability): EUR 50 - Pet: EUR 7.50 per pet per night Please note that an extra charge of EUR 30 applies when guests request a specific chalet including pet-free chalets, specific chalet numbers or a specific location on the park.
