Hotel Handelshof

Walking distance to the train station. Provided breakfast. Some nice& interesting restaurants in walking distance. Staff was very accommodating- but it is a small operation and does not have a 24 hour desk. But also it is very easy and intuitive to get into the hotel - even after hours. Safe and convenient.

It is a very simple - pretty bare-bones hotel Which is perfect for me - since I just wanted to sleep there and then travel on the next day. It was a very pleasant experience!

Hotel basic but clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the last night was a bit noisy outside but that’s out of the hotels control.Overall a good stay

The location is excellent as it’s close to the station and a supermarket. The staff were helpful.

The rooms are functional but warm. The hotel is not staffed after 6pm. The bed was not very comfortable.

We paid €158 for two nights, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. There was no water provided in the room, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The closet had an unpleasant smell, and to our shock, we found old socks left behind by a previous guest—absolutely disgusting and stinky.At check-in, nobody informed us about the Wi-Fi password, and we couldn’t find anyone at the reception when we needed assistance. For the price we paid, it was definitely not worth it.Let me know if you’d like further changes!

It served my purpose to have a hotel room while visiting friends.

The room ( interior) was very very basic. Room very hot.

Friendly helpful staff for the most part ,but need a little more training and awareness ... for example ,if they are going to start early , before 9am , with clean up and maintenance and room servicing , they absolutely cannot be so inconsiderate in terms of letting the doors slam continually !!that means every door , the hallway doors and the room doors . What a loud crashing and banging !So simple to remedy .

The same for cleanliness . Just rushing thru all the time with basic cleaning is too easy .A little extra effort is required , true deep cleaning , get on your hands and knees , reach into the corners,wipe all the surfaces and edges with a little extra push , not just cursory . Its actually quite simple and quick to go the added measure .

Blinds are too far away from windows to stop light poring in while sleeping.Very loud neighbourhood at night.

the bed was not very comfortable.

We booked a room and received more like an apartment. There were two separate rooms, one separate toilet and a bathroom with another toilet.

The apartment wasn’t perfectly clean. All the equipment was very old, at least 40 years.

check in was easy

Seems very old, bedding was not great. Breakfast just ok, nothing special, too much of plastic and looks old and cheap. No soap in the shower, very old towels.

Good location with free parking for my motorcycle nearby. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Breakfast could be better. Not a huge choice but it was adequate.

It’s a 2 minute walk from the train station. And short walk to downtown Bunde.

We enjoyed a comfortable room.Good bathroom. Staff professional. Location near shops, restaurant, railway station, supermarket. Private parking around the corner. That is great.

The room was very hot. If you leave the window open, then a lot of noise from the streets, so no good solution. All the others things are OK, as expected.

good central location in town

Window blinds only hanging on the wall infringe of windows ant not in the window ingress .this lets in all sunlight from 05:00am in the summer

very central and accessible. room was clean and tidy. beds were really comfortable and bathroom and shower was powerful. the staff were really kind and knowledgeable and looked after us.

Very friendly and helpful staff, will cater for your needs. Breakfast - fresh and tasty. Rooms are not the most modern, but spacious. Good location in the city center.
