Very clean place with amazing staff. Breakfasts are super tasety - nice and early. This hotel, from what I've noticed was occupied by trade professinals who were traveling for work.

Rooms are not modern, but to be honest I didn't expect them to be. With that said I felt at home and safe in the room and the neighbourhood.

I am writing to share my feedback about my recent stay at Fasanengarten Hotel, which I booked through Booking.com for seven nights.Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory for several reasons:Room Condition and Comfort Upon my arrival, I found that the mattress in the room was in poor condition and uncomfortable, which led to neck and back pain during my stay. Additionally, the pillows were not suitable, causing further discomfort. I requested a replacement for both the mattress and pillows, but the only staff member present refused to assist with my request. I attempted to address my concerns multiple times, but my requests were met with resistance. I asked to speak with a manager, but I was told no one was available. Despite being given a phone number to call for assistance, my calls went unanswered. Only after much insistence did I manage to speak with the manager, who agreed to instruct the staff to resolve the issue. However, after our conversation, no action was taken to address my concerns, and the staff member still refused to change my room.Room Quality vs. Booking Description The room did not match the description and photos on Booking.com. It was not as advertised, and I found the overall cleanliness of the room to be lacking. This was disappointing, as I had expected a higher standard based on the listing.Lack of Cooperation Throughout my stay, I did not receive the level of assistance I expected. The staff seemed unwilling to cooperate, and my concerns were dismissed repeatedly, which contributed to a very frustrating experience.Due to these issues, I regret to inform you that I can not recommend this hotel to future guests. I slept over on a motorcycle trip from Norway to Croatia and the hotel is very flexible regarding arrival time. The accommodation was perfect for me and I will use it again in the future.

Fantastic place. In a silent city but still close to Hannover. Free and safe parking in the backyard. Nice staff and basic, but clean and comfortable, rooms. I spent there only one night but I can recommend it to everyone.

For one night the place was ideal, lovely breakfast, good value.

Noise from the trams.

There were very nice place, quiet, near the lake. The breakfast was very nice. The parking place is enough and there were some nice restaurant to eat around hotel and cheep. The lake where spent 3 minutes near Hotel was not big and very comfortable size, had shop, restaurant, bar perfectly. Amusement for this price absolute nothing to claim.

The location.

There was no electricity in one of the rooms we booked and the staff weren't at the hotel when we arrived at 7 pm so there was no electricity in the room all night. In addition, the pillows weren't comfortable.

Great place to stay. Spent only one night but had everything what a traveler need. Comfy bed, clean shower, tasty breakfast. The communication with the owner is very clear and easy. Very recommended.

Breakfast was decent. The staff is friendly, but they don't speak English.A good location for a business visit to the fair.

There is no air conditioning in the room for additional heating or cooling, and the radiators did not work. It was very cold.

This hotel is looking so sweet like a home. The staffs are so smiley and helpful. The prices are so affordable. The rooms are clean and big enough for a double room.

The two things made some disappointment. First, there is no elevator and you have to carry your luggage the second thing is there was no plug near the beds so you have to recharge your phone in the bathroom.

Very clean, well decorated hotel in a small town. Spacious rooms with everything you need for a short stay. Good breakfast and coffee. Free parking available on the hotel territory, terrace, easy and contactless check-in (the key was left for us).

Too soft beds and very small pillows. No air conditioning. Needed to open a window, but some hotel guests were having a party on the terrace outside and were too noisy, so we could not sleep until they finished(after 1 o’clock).

The rooms were simple but perfect. Clean, spacious, nice. The breakfast was abundant. There was enough to choose from.Price/ quality perfect!!

The nearest restaurant is a bit of a walk, but you can take the trolley to bring you there. In general a very nice hotel when passing through this area without the business of Hannover.

I liked everything about the hotel, in particularly, the neatness, cleanliness, little touch’s like the complimentary fruit, and an excellent breakfast with the most pleasant staff.

I found nothing l did not like about the hotel.

A special chef (Allesandro) happened to be present in the hotel who cooked an enormously delicious meal for most of the guests. The atmosphere was great with lots of conversations between the guests who did not know each other before hand.
