Pros +

Great location, close to the tourist stuff (still need a scooter though). It was clean, comfortable, food was fine (little expensive) and aircon worked well! Huge room. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
Great location with super friendly staff. For me the room with a fan was fine. As expected no hot water, but the shower worked well. Room was surface level clean, but I did have a few eight legged roommates with well established homes. I didnt mind too much though given their help with mosquito control. And the fact that it is Ometepe.
