Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00. The room cannot be guaranteed after this time. If unable to change their arrival time, guests are required to contact the hotel prior to 23:00 local time. Please note that extra beds must be confirmed by the property at least at 17:30 on the day of arrival. Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice.
