Nice room for night. We had a party in Hengelo and it was 700m from this hotel and that was perfect. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful.Beds very comfortable, rooms spacious.

Bathroom could get a small update but didn't bother us so much.

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. There is a really nice lounge to have some drinks. We came late due to traffic and they were very helpfull. Don't forget to make reservations for the restaurant. We didn't eat there but we definitely will. The michellin star restaurant we won't miss next time.

The room was excellent, huge size with all the commodities that you can imagine from water bottles to coffee, tea, cookies, snacks etc. Really top interior design, comfortable bed, quiet neighbourhood, nice bathroom with free toiletries. I really recommend this boutique hotel, it exceeded my expectations! we’ll definitely come again.

    Breakfast not included.

Room was spacious, comfortable beds. Neighborhood is nice

It’s a bit outdated. There’s no lift and no help with luggage or so. You can’t arrive after 9pm (why not let guests arriving later check in with a code or so??). Seems focus is their restaurant not the rooms. Staff at breakfast are not friendly at all.

    9EvandroPosted on: 6-18-2024

Spacious and comfortable room, very good breakfast, excellent room service, and cleanliness.

The location is a bit far from the center, but nothing that hinders the experience.

    10BerendPosted on: 3-19-2024

Nice beds and decor. Authentic setting. Staff are great.

Breakfast was wanting for the price.

    9JeffreyPosted on: 1-23-2024

Clean rooms friendly staff and great food! Tasting menu and breakfast were amazing!

The shower was very outdated and small showerhead.

    9PremchandPosted on: 12-14-2023

Great hotel up to its standards. A great one-star Michelin restaurant. Amazing bed. Nice authentic room. Historical but completely renovated and modernized.

    Friendly staff. Good location. Parking

    No lift

Big comfortable bedroom and bathroom, nice part of town and attractive building.

No elevator is inconvenient with heavy luggage. Would like to stay here with my parents but they couldn’t handle the stairs. Breakfast was very average (and definitely not worth €21), given the restaurant is Michelin quality.

Very nice building in a beautiful and quiet location. The staff is very helpful and nice. Everything was clean . Breakfast excelent .

The heating did not function and for us it was a little bit cold during the night (13 Celcius degree)

Beautiful old building in tranquil residential setting.Large rooms with big windows and spacious bathroom

No aircon, just a fan, and room was too hot overnight.Bakers van arrived at 5.55am with the breakfast bread and pastries. A shame the noise woke me up.

    8KedishaPosted on: 6-5-2023

The hotel is centrally located, with only a 10-15 mins walk to the city center. The room was spacious, updated and clean.

No elevators, so people with many pieces / large pieces need to make several rounds. There was also no AC unit which seems to be a cultural feature versus a limitation of the hotel

    7BenPosted on: 2-19-2023

it’s a cute building in a nice residential area. rooms are ok: clean and spacious enough but maybe a bit outdated.

no elevator, staff is a bit distant and doesn’t really give you the feeling you’re welcome. breakfast was good except for the scrambled eggs: in a place with such a great restaurant I’d expect fresh scrambled eggs and not the reheated pre-made one

    9BerendPosted on: 12-2-2022

    very clean and cozy

I had to go outside to go to my room. I was not told in advance this would be the case.
