Nice location

but keys didn’t work a number of times and the boom gate was not suitable for a stay

Very private

Hot water system took forever to get hot. Access kept changing and didn’t work because there’s no one on site. If you turn up there is a certain point of time you can’t get Access.The Restaurant people are great, but they don’t work every day so it doesn’t help when you’re stuck

Size of the room, kitchenette, water closet, quiet, charming, close to train station and town square.

Access to the building. Modern approach but for foreigners it was exceptionally complicated.

Location and the decor

Extremely upset with the noise level of a party held in the function space on March 28th. Dishes vibrating on the shelves music very loud.Broken elevator for our duration. Curtains falling down.

The Beautiful Suite at Het Wapen van Hengelo is spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing stay! Only small downside: the lift is quite loud and takes a while. But overall, a great experience with friendly staff and a central location.

Room was complete and very large. Bed also pretty good

We had troubles getting the digital keys. The email was broken and the sms missing. Took half an hour to be fixed.There was a party in the restaurant, with loud music untill 1:00I really missed the breakfast. Didn't realize this when booking. We had to find a supermarket nearby.

Really nice suite everything you need

There was a wedding on whilst I was there and the music was booming till midnight. If only they had told me I wouldn’t have stayed.

Room was cold , they set 23 °C aircondition , you can’t change it and the other problem they send a link for digital key ? But link doesn’t work ! Luckily it was nice staff , she helped us ??

It was close to the senter and trainstastion. Good with parking.

I did not see any personel. If you are a bit early you are not coming inn. You have to wait til you get a email for the key.

As there was no front desk, it was not possible to see if we could check in earlier or leave our luggage somewhere

Close to the station, wonderfully quiet and calm, great room -- clean, spacious, comfortable bed, facilities for tea and coffee and a small kitchenette, easy access with digital key, very private and relaxing space, beautiful lighting design (e.g. light just behind a plant creating palm shadows in the seating area). Restaurant staff was friendly and willing to keep my suitcase before check-in time.

Really no complaints. And that is rare for me.

Perfect location. The rooms provide everything you need, we particularly enjoyed the coffee machine and the balcony in the nice weather.

Beautiful big rooms, quiet location, loved the balcony, very clean, good location w/ free parking.

Checking in was complicated and the mobile phone key access was a problem when my phone ran out of battery. We ate at the restaurant downstairs and the service and food was good but it took a long time for the food to be prepared.

Pillows are not comfortable.Air conditioning is but working.I got stuck outside the building in early morning.

No reciption (unmanned hotel)

The location was very good, the room was clean and spacious.

The airconditioning turned on in the middle of the night and made a lot of noise. We couldn’t find a hand towel for the toilet so we used the ones that were placed on the kitchen counter.
