great large property and location

Cons -

First of all, the place was beautiful the views was everything. The customer service was terrible especially from the manager. When we got to the house we notice the BBQ grill is not functioning, the canoe nor bikes was accessible. The AC drips on the bed on the lower floor, the AC in the upper room on the balcony shut down completely and made a huge noise waking up the crew. We called for the manager so many time on this trip and she told us shes sending a maintenance crew which NONONE CAME. The water in the bathroom upstairs had poor water service it turns off while showering and it was low each day we tried to shower. The rooms with the two bed in it was so hot. The house needs some work . Its far from placencia village itself way before seine beight this need to be mentioned. for the price they really gotta do better with the service they offering . other than that the home would have been perfect
