Great room and great service - standard hotel room not massive, but adequate size and everything on hand for a pleasant stay. Nice, modern bathroom.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable bed

A little far out of the town when on foot, but an easy walk into the centre.

Body wash in shower was empty first two mornings. I had to flag housekeeping to get it filled. If you're not going to provide individuals, you NEED TO CHECK THEM. No wash cloth (common in European hotels but annoying to Americans)

Very clean and modern. A nice hotel with a helpful receptionist.

It's located outside of town with not much else around but only a 10/15 minute walk to the town centre.

Staff were very helpful, rooms were comfy

A very modern hotel, it also had tea & coffee making facilities in the room (a rarity) which was very welcome. Welcoming to us cycle tourers with secure bicycle storage.

It was further from the town centre than I had thought.

No one on Reception desk, so check in takes so long before anyone shows up, Bad smell in the room, very uncomfortable beds

Fantastic hotel, very modern and clean and an amazing sushi restaurant on site. Room was huge and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially accommodating a late diner close to the kitchen closing (thank you!)

Getting to it on foot was a bit of a mission but that's not the fault of the hotel

Spacious, modern well planned rooms. Lovely modern decor, fantastic food offerings, helpful staff.

Nothing apart from if you arrive at the station and don’t have transport it’s a 30 min walk. So either book a taxi if you are able or travel literally.

The rooms are very cosy, have a lot of space, the bathroom is very nice as well.The location is in the middle of the city, you have everything you need around.The people working here are so nice and kind, always a smile on their face and it’s pleasant to meet them and say hello everyday.

The single beds are a little bit tight in my opinion, but the double beds were large and really comfortable

Could hear couple in next room having raucous sex. And we hear to it all night. So not sound proofed.

The room we stayed in had a whirpool which was in working order. Enough parking site which was free of charge. Walking distance to the town center, which was really nice.

We had the impression some of the staff was a bit clueless. Three people had to be asked before we could sit down for a drink in the restaurant. The counter of the bar was full of dirty glasses, which did not seem really inviting. Ultimately we left without our drink because nobody cared to ask us about an order. The whirpool was nice, but for the price of the room I would have expected some bath robes, which would have been a nice addition. Also, maybe the manual for the whirpool?? we had to go to the front desk to ask how it worked. Under the window was mold in abundance, probably due to high humidity and bad ventilation. Breakfast was not really expensive but we did not have a lot of choice since we were there a bit later but still within breakfast time. Some other guests did complaint about the same.
