- The staff was rude. They tried to double charge us when we checked in and said we didn't pay (we had prepaid). They lied to us about providing a refund due to no pool, no wifi, no air conditioning, no internet, no water...also it was filthy with someone else's hair and dead bugs in the bed sheets. We were promised a full refund and then they gas lit us when we requested it again. Do not stay here. It's the worst place I've ever stayed in over 40 years.
- The staff wasnt friendly, dirty common areas. The bar, was not cleaned.
