- Central location. Nice room, clean and nice size
- What we didnt like was the Centralized air conditioning. Lowest temp that can be set in our room was 20 celsius but the room is too warm . This was our first time in the hotel. It wont hurt to try another room the next time we visit Mainz. The staff are amazing though. Overall a good experience
- The room was larger than expected with a nice bathroom, and tea and coffee making facilities. It was only a 15 minute walk to the river and 5 minutes from the train station, so for my wife and I it was ideal

- Staff was not very friendly and reception is not 24/7
- There was nothing that we didn't like
