Yepton Estate Cottages is set in extensive tropical gardens next to a salt lagoon bird sanctuary. It offers self-catering accommodations around an outdoor pool. There is free Wi-Fi and free parking. Air-conditioned cottages offer a furnished terrace with barbecue facilities, some with a hammock. There is a living room with cable TV, an electronic safe and DVD player. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer, and there is a well-equipped kitchenette includes a fridge, microwave and a blender. The complex has a tour desk and Yepton Beach is within a 10-minute walk. A laundry service is available and you can hire a car.

Pros +
- Lovely accommodation, exceptionally clean and quiet. Everything was there that you would need. Overlooked a wonderful lake and wildlife in abundance.
- Gabriela and Douglas Were great hosts and lots of local info on beaches, restaurants, attractions. Lovely quiet location.
Cons -
- The location is okay but not ideal as there is nothing much in the way of grocery shopping nearby. The mosquitos are horrendous at night so impossible to leave door open after dusk.
