Location. Kettle and fridge in the room

The smell in the room and in the toilet was awful! If you're pregnant, stay away!! We stayed in December, 2nd floor and it was very cold, the radiator was half cold. The carpet and the thin duvets were stinky and dirty. WiFi poor.

the room was supposed to be not smoking but the viceversa smell was extremely intense.

the area with the bar outside full of homeless and drunk people is not exactly the best

Friendly staff, close to shops , restaurants etc...close to the highway....very convenient

With a little renovation, this hotel will be great, even if they increase the price a little, still a good hotel

Some young adults were a bit noisy, but not that huge problem.

Absolutely awful. Location poor, shower covered in rust, light hanging down from ceiling in shower. Window in room could not be closed and had to be taped shut. No staff in the morning either in reception or breakfast room.

Cheap and cheerful.could Park our motorcycles outside.bar 20mtrs away and a nice burger bar 200mtrs away .

We stayed there to visit Tournai. The room and bathroom were spacious and most importantly, clean. The kids had ample space in the room. There was a small kitchen with all necessary stuffs you need, although we did not cook ourselves. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Everything was functioning properly throughout our stay. We also found a parking spot quite easily in front of the hotel.We liked the location of the hotel. From our windows, the view of the cathedral was magnificent, especially when it was dark outside. The French border is right behind the cathedral. Honestly speaking, we did not expect the hotel to be that good, considering the price we paid for it for 4 people. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Melissa. If we ever go back to that region, we will stay there again.

The host was very welcoming. The price was great and the room was clean. They also had a parking space.

The application when i booked the room the first page mention free cancellation & no need per payment in advance but the last page was totaly different note Tooke mony first and no cancellation no refund ?I drive along 3 and half hours go and 3 half hours come back because they no refund i had to stay otherwise loos mony my plane distroy i never enjoy my Route because of tired .

Good value for money and room was clean. 2* hotel so basic but had very thing we needed

Very good value for money, room was big enough for the 4 of us.

The hotel is rather dated, so could do with some TLC. Our bathroom needed bringing into the 20th century It was big enough but just needs a coat of paint to freshen up.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was easy and generous ... would be nice to have warm pastries .. The bathroom was a reasonable size and well laid out ... big shower spce.

Peruwelz is a bit run down in places and perhaps being spruced up now. This hotel is probably being updated. We had ahuge comfy enough bed in a tiny room and no view apart from anotherpart of the building. All felt a bit cramped. Everything in the room was ok but looking a bit tired and not well finished ... crack in the fridge, gouge in the wall from where the door handle hits the wall etc.

Clean, 24h reception. The receptionist who attended us at midnight was extremely kind.Clean basic room. Good hot water.Kettle and tea and coffee in the room.We only stopped for one night while traveling. It was good value for money.The only thing not great was that the room was cold at arrival, as the window was open and the radiator closed. Closed the window and turn the radiator on the room got quite warm. We would have liked a thicker blanket, I'm sure we could get on if we would have asked for.I would definitely go back

- Convenient for our trip- cheap hotel- bed was ok

- the place it's a bit old- cleaning- some people were having a party until 5am and nobody from the hotel came, therefore we couldn't sleep at all- old town with nothing around

The staff were friendly. The mattresses were new and very comfortable.

From 10:30pm to 11:30pm, the laundry for the hotel had very loud machines running.

Rough location, surely borderline rude staff… cleaners smoked in hall way and rooms they was cleaning… rooms not clean smelt and when we asked if they should smoke in the hotel they cleaner said are you Police? with an aggressive attitude.
