Pros +
- Staff was amazing, breakfast was good, parking across the street in a gated lot. Lovely jetted tub. Huge room (family room) with 2 bathrooms and a mini fridge.
- Convenient location. Clean and excellent breakfast.
- Hotel well located in the heart of the city- easy to find - comfortable and quiet
Cons -
- The town was tiny, which was for us a negative since things closed before we got there. Was a stop over for us before going to Pairi Daiza about 30 minutes away.
- A bit hot in the rooms.
- Check out they forget to put a push button for going out when you give back the keys before 7am. I had the wake up the person in charge

We loved the size of the room, it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful
The fire alarm went off at 2am which meant we all had to wake up and get dressed to head out of the building, only to realise it was a glitch. Unsure if related but the lift also stopped working
Fantastic hotel: modern, quiet, clean, great value. If you have a chance, go for the suite with the in-room jacuzzi. It's not expensive (compared to staying in any other established chains in a major city) and great luxury. The room is spotless and spacious. Great location if you want to visit the Pair Daiza zoo (30 min drive). Private parking and car charging available if you're driving electric.
Spacious and comfortable room. Hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood in the centre of Peruwelz. Good breakfast
Bed linen not adapted to Summer
Parking worked well.
Room wasn’t very clean. Felt somewhat outdated and a bit prison like with dark corridors. Breakfast in the basement.
Friendly staff, convenient location (for visiting Beloeil), comfortable room (Deluxe Suite had a lot of space and enough beds for our family of 4, plus jacuzzi, two toilets, two TVs, and more). Breakfast was ok.Also, I'd like to share that we had a technical issue getting in the room just before midnight and a member of staff kindly came and sorted it out very quickly; I really appreciated that.
Breakfast could be slightly richer. Otherwise, nothing negative to add.
Nice room, friendly staff, secure parking for a motorcycle (extra charge). Nice local bakery and a few options.
That the spa wasn’t available (I didn’t book this but would have been nice to use it if I’d wanted too)
Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Good breakfast.
I found the pillows quite thick and hard.
Very good sized room, clean and comfortable. Kettle and a selection of tea/coffee. Breakfast was good, with hot options made to order and a orange juicer that you could use.
The hotel feels fresh and newly decorated, it was all very grey. A bit of colour would be good. our room was in the attic, it was spacious but the windows had external net blinds so you couldn't see anything out of them. Ok there isn't much of a view, but it is nice to be able to look out of the windows.
The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly/.
When we got to the room, it was dirty but we told the hotel manager and they cleaned it the same evening, they went above and beyond which was excellent.
excellent, friendly and welcoming staff
breakfast was a little confusing: instead of scrambled eggs, I was served an omelette
Very clean close to nice restaurants, safe secure motorbike parking
Manager helpful other staff unfriendly
Very clean and spacious. Friendly staff.
Location and not many GF options for breakfast
clean and modern hotel, secure parking for our 4 motor bikes, very helpful staff and nice breakfast could not fault this place
sheets are very comfy and soft
breakfast could start earlier (had to leave at 7 am)
Lovely clean, modern hotel with really friendly staff and secure parking for our bikes. Didn't have breakfast as we went to the nearby Ramses restaurant (recommended from the hotel) and we're still full thanks to the enormous portions!! Well worth a visit though.
everything. The hotel is very well located. Everything is in about 10min walk! The presentation is clean and the hostesses are very nice and welcoming!
I expected to get a walk-in shower according to the pictures but that's ok, everything was very good.
Staff very helpful
Distance from leuze arena as taxis were expensive
