Hotel Verlooy

Professional, efficient, excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel located centrally, near to the town square, yet very quiet, Good breakfast.. Safe place to park car off the street.

Great value for money. Perfect location and super friendly staff !!!

Pillows of the bed too flat…even with 3…

Staff were very friendly and helpful.Room was very clean, with a good level of equipment and toiletries.Location is ideal, with the town square a 5 min walk away.

No complaints or issues.

Breakfast

Two single beds against eachother is not a double bed as requested

Very kind staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast. Everything was excellent – I truly enjoyed our stay

The hotel was very clean, warm and cosy. Our room was modern and spacious, with all the necessary amenities and more. The bathroom was clean and spacious. My mother and my sister had an amazing stay. They had a late check in and the hotel staff perfectly arranged everything. The staff was extremely friendly, flexible and helpful and they really made an effort to overcome the language barrier! Thank you very much for making our holiday even more special!

Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast with lots of choice, clean rooms and good facilities, very convenient for the town centre

Good choice helpful and friendly staff at breakfast comfortable surroundings

All was good and convenient Nothing to dislike

The breakfast was beautiful and the staff were all so friendly and so helpful especially Greet - she is so brilliant and awesome! The owners are just so lovely and welcoming. Loved it!

Nothing - I loved everything about my stay at Hotel Verlooy

The breakfast was generally good. If I had a suggestion, it would be to offer a bit more variety so that clients on longer stays wouldn't get tired of eating the same thing each morning. The room was clean and well maintained and the bed was comfortable. WiFi connection was very good.

The room could use a more comfortable chair for reading or watching TV. Over long stays I found it somewhat uncomfortable to have to prop myself up on the bed to do these activities. The desk was too cluttered with other things to make it an accessible working surface and the desk chair was hard and uncomfortable. Not suitable for longer periods of work.

very nice hotel, friendly owner and receiptionist, very good breakfast, love the homemade jam

Most friendly hotel staff I have encountered in a while. The hotel appears at first to be quite new/modern, at least in the reception area, but the room and hotel area and rooms feature slightly dated design.Room size is adequate and offers a lot of storage space; bathroom size is equally good. The hotel is located on the edge of the city center in a very quite neighborhood. Within 3min you are in the city center and within 12min you are at the train station.

Outdated room furniture that makes it feel like you are entering a time machine into the 1990s.Heating in the breakfast room could be increased a bit, especially in the sunroom.Breakfast selection isn't the greatest, but I did appreciate freshly made-to-order eggs.

the breakfast was good and various, the lunch room a little small but comfortable.

there are narrow stairs, in case you can't give the elevator.

I was very pleased with the facilities at the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and assisted us with everything we needed. I have stayed at this hotel previously and would definitely recommend this hotel to others as you will not be disappointed. Thank you again, to all the staff at Hotel Verlooy

There wasn't anything I didn't like

The staff are excellent, very patient and super helpful. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on.

Maybe they could invest in some smart TVs, that's being picky though.

Enormous room with lots of places to sit and even a rooftop terrace. Everything clean and well equipped. Great breakfast with lots of nice options. Perfect location near the Geel central square but not directly on it, so it's quieter. Wonderful staff, they lent me a bike for free so I could commute by bike to work for the week.

It's nitpicking, but the pillows were a bit too low and soft for my preference.
