The hotel is really nice and clean with friendly staff. Location is very convenient and.close to downtown.

Comfortable room and bed. Nice size bathroom.

We stayed at the City Loft, which was very clean and spacious. It was well equipped; it even had a dishwasher and oven. Great place to stay for a family of 4. Great location and very friendly staff.

The breakfast is really good! Excellent variety of cold and warm dishes. Good coffee and very friendly service.

The music in the Brasserie room was a little too loud.

The little walk way to get to the bed had automatic lights so whenever someone wants to go to the bathroom or walks towards the door, the light comes on. This was very annoying especially at night. It would be better if the automatic light was installed in the bathroom.I also found the breakfast expensive, not many options, and not worth the price in my opinion.

I am a very frequent traveller. I have something to complain with most hotels, except for this one. No complains,..none.

the apartments were even better than we imagine! It is situated in a city centre, but in a quiet courtyard, very cozy and stylish! We liked the room and restaurant very much!

The hotel room had cooking and refridgeration facilities and onsite washing machines which was perfect for me.

We ate at the restaurant which was nice but not great.

Hotels in Zeeland were quite full, so this was our not our first choice. However we were very pleasantly surprised by the spacious hotel suite facilities which were very well equipped with kitchen, etc. We even made good use of the washing machine in the lobby area. The rooms are in a separate building from the restaurants, but easy walking access. The food looked so good we stayed for dinner, and we were happy we did.

The parking is in a public car park, and the area around hotel is pedestrian only. However the Katoen gives you a voucher for a reduced parking fee. And in the end, the parking was easy enough to access with our luggage and all.

Everything was great - above expectations. Large modern clean room with everything you could possibly need.

Nothing - the breakfast was expensive and not included so we decided not to use that but that's our choice.

The rooms were comfortable and extremely clean. Plenty of space in the bathroom and a good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely from the breakfast menu. Dinner is also available at the hotel and was very good. It is very well located close to the market square and in a quiet spot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The only problem for me was the lack of gluten free options at breakfast which limited my choices. The buffet part of the breakfast offered pastries and breads that I could not have. Although I was able to have some gluten free bread with the omelettes I would have liked pancakes or cakes options that are gluten free. But having said that everyone else in the party loved all the food.

Located in the city centre. Apartment is stylish and cozy. Very modern with lights and heating managed from a small touch screen. It is a newly built building, well insulated, so warm and quiet.

It is located in the center of Goes. It is modern, clean and rather well-isolated.

We were not impressed by the a staff member abd also how the heating system worked at the hotel. The hotel room temperature was sat to 21 degrees celcius when we checked in and it was not possible to higher the temperature. When my dad asked to higher the temperature, the staff responded as if it wasn’t possible. When I raised the issue once again, this lady (whom my dad spoke with) at the reception gave me an unreasonable answer that other guests are asking to lower the temperature so that it isn’t possible and she is trying. What is other room temperature to do with our room temperature? After dinner we could see that they sat the highest temperature of our room to 28 degrees. So it was possible to higher but they reacted in an unkind and inefficient way to our initial feedback. The second night, the room temperature got lower again and my dad had to ask to higher it around midnight. For the price we paid, I believe that we should be able to heat the room whenever we wanted and however we wanted. Also, the staff could have custom treated this room only for two nights. My parents caught cold that time and my dad has bronchitis. I would say it was not the nicest experience.
