Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Across the hotel is a charge point for electric cars. Please note that it is not possible to check in after 23:00 as the hotel does not have a night receptionist. Please note that an extra bed (see Extra Bed Policies) can only be requested beforehand and must be confirmed by the property. The property does not have any cash. Neither are cash payments accepted and no cash is available for change. Payments of the room night will happen via credit card 24 hours prior to arrival. Unless prepayment by bank has been done, or if agreed differently based upon corporate contracts. Guests are asked to identify themselves with a valid identification (passport or drivers license) and a valid credit card or bank prepayment. The name of the guest, name on the identification and the name of the credit must be identical- unless agreed differently with the reception staff prior to arrival. The receptionists are in any case entitled to refuse access to guests.
