Located a 3-minute walk from Zaandam’s train station, Best Western Zaan Inn offers bright rooms with a modern décor. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The spacious rooms are fitted with a seating area, a work desk and a flat-screen TV. They also feature a large window and wooden floors. The bathrooms feature a shower and free toiletries are provided. The hotel’s restaurant is opened daily for breakfast only Zaandam’s Water tower, which is a state monument, is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. The Hembrug area is also worth visiting if you like industrial heritage. The city center of Amsterdam is a 12-minute train ride away and Schiphol Airport is a 20-minute train ride.

- Nice area, very clean, close to train station
- We needed to cancel due to covid and the hotel refused to refund or rebook us with the new date. Called for 2 weeks straight.
- Breakfast
Cons -
- The hotel was in Zaandam not Amsterdam, it's a little out of the way.
- The air conditioning was broken (for only my room). They apologized for the inconvenience but didn't offer anything.
- they gave us two little beds, they were not even twin beds.
