The breakfast was good & had a great variety. Places has potential but requires alot of attention.

The pool was extremely green & needs maintenance, we couldn't swim.in addition; the second pool advertised could not be used as it was for spa guests only. The kids play room was extremely dirty & had a terrible smell to it. Around the property, there is alot of attention required & cleaning needed. The rooms need alot of work- the door would keep opening & you would battle to close or open. The radio in the rooms do not work. The pillows in the room had a smell to it as well. Dinner menu is very limited & quite a number of drinks & food items were out of stock. Service provided was very bland.

They allowed people to play music the entire night disturbing other guests.They are not upfront when it comes to their food prices and lastly, the rooms you see on the internet are not the ones you find in the premises

The waiter needs a more training on customer service. The location was good and cleanliness was excellent. The unit we stayed at was really great and comfortable, no complaints. It was also peaceful and the security guards were exceptional. Loved having the cats around too.

The customer service from the waiter was poor and I did not appreciate that he kicked the cat out of our unit.

Desiree the receptionist was friendly and very welcoming.

Mary...the lady that appeared to be in charge that worked on 17,18,19 April was rude ...Because of her attitude we checked out a day early and lost our money. She was. overbearing, disrespected her staff in front of us, and lied about the pool pump that "just" broke. Staff told us that this has been the case for a while . Nothing worked. Drove over two hours, swimming pool outdoor or indoor not working. Tennis courts in very bad condition, game room, snooker tables mechanism can fall on someone, basically paid so much to stay at a "park". Definitely not a resort if none of the facilities are properly useable. Staff kept reducing the amount of toiletries in the bathroom everyday. No extra toilet roll is provided. I had to plug the room kettle on the floor because it couldn't reach the designated socket. TV channels are not worth it. We never ever got to enjoy the pleasure of using their WiFi, we kept being given different passwords/connections which would last a few minutes only. Lastly...since when do hotel staff go into your cupboards.....they decided to pack our belongings (not just clothes) into the cupboards and we had to look for things.....but then they don't wash the cups, really. Things like milk etc was not restocked. I think because we had brought extra they assumed that they don't need to.

Beautiful garden, very friendly and accommodating staff.

Poor WiFi, but there was a big storm that week which could have effected it. The rooms need a fresh clean in terms of paint, especially the bathrooms which had some mould on the ceiling. The food is very simple. I'd rate it 2 stars. Very homy food, but not fancy in any way. The eating hall had loud music playing. During dinner and breakfast.

The food was good and the environment is conducive to stay in.

Bedding was good but furnitures and carpets were very old but breakfast was excellent.

The surrounding: A beautiful garden, trees that gave a nice shadow the place is quite and tranquil exactly what me and my husband neededI will definitely go back

The swimming pool was not clean, we had to wait for the workers to prepare the pool while waiting for a long time. The trees around are making it dirty. The leaves are forever falling into the pool

We understood that food costs need to be stringent but as plant based eaters the menu was difficult to order from. It could be a little broader with healthier food.The pool area appeared to be run down

It has a Bali kind of vibe. It has absolutely beautiful gardens and the breakfast is amazing . The stuff is also amazing they go out of their way to accommodate you . We had a bit of an issue with our booking and they went beyond and above to resolve it .

Set up in the rooms it's old style relaxation place it's only a bed which is not comfortable. Lot of mosquitos.

The Check In and Check Out process went well. Staff very friendly and very helpful!! The hotel staff were prepared to go the extra mile to assist.The Spa was top class!

The service at breakfast was very slow. This cannot be blamed on the staff, however, as they were having a meeting during breakfast regarding the fact that they had not been paid their salaries due to the Shepard Bushiri Couple who had fled the country without paying their staff at the hotel.

Neat and well-maintained lobby, restaurant and gardens. Comfy bed. Small fridge in the room was perfect. Enjoyed the spa and although the breakfast menu was understandably small during Covid recovery, it was lovely.

The sofa in the room was uncomfortable but the room was a clean and a lovely size, we had everything we would want. The games room facilities could do with an upgrade but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Breakfast was very nice and staff was friendly.Im actually sorry for the staff, because they try their best.

Room was disappointing. Not very modernThe photos that you see on the website is very deseving. What you see is NOT what you get.The whole area (garden, spa, pool, hotel) needs TLC and some paint and gardening services.The price is not worth the stay.Will never go back or recommend people to stay there.Dinner menu on the website is much different than the menu you receive in the restaurant.

Breakfast was excellent, Rooms were very good and neat despite some insects and mosquitoes that invaded the room.Dinner was very good, delicious and well saved.

The Bathing towels were clean but out dated, new and modern towels needed.Very limited TV Channels, wide range of TV channels needed for better entertainment and relaxation.Open parking on one side of the parking lot not too good as cars overheated. Consider roofed/shaded parking in future just like the other side.

I loved the breakfast. Pitty I needed extra cash for the gym, hope to visit the spa room next time.
